100% incompetent company. Ordered sofa (not cheap) was supposed to be delivered in 1-2 week after second week I called to ask when is it coming been told that they waiting for one modul of the sofa so full sofa can be send. Guess what I got delivered today?! Half of sofa after waiting for so long. Even took day off so I can be home to get the sofa.
Been on constant chat and phone conversations with the support while all this time just so this doesn't happen. Do yourself a favour and buy your sofa elsewhere, it's not like this is any wow quality anyway.

Where should I start? Maybe the best furniture shop?
We went to the showroom twice in Sthlm, first time an adorable Filipina girl helped us. Second time, a Swedish girl was very helpful with our decisions. The only feedback could be that "normal people" like us, might easily do mistakes when calculating how well a big sofa would fit in our home. It would have been great if sales people could ask the size of the living room to advise us that when we ordered our 4 seat Douglas that it would be too big. When it arrived we loved it but started to realize it is way too big for our living room :/ so sad we were, but after checking trustpilot out, the reviews on returns were really good. So I contacted support and lovely Gabriella replied and was super service minded. She managed to send us the money back in 2 days, even though the sofa was not picked up yet. So we could order the 3-seat without waiting for our sofa to be returned. It arrived today and we are super happy. Now we are just waiting for the delayed Enzo,was 5w delivery, but now it is said to arrive in 8-10w :(. That being said, special thank you to Gabriella that made our whole purchase and return super easy and I really wish more furniture shops take after SofaCompany. They are setting the standard how service could be at a furniture shop. It shouldn't be a hassle to purchase online, I recommend this shop as you can see in my review ;)
