As foreighners living in Sweden without a personnumber it seemed a mission impossible to buy a sofa online at Sofacompany (like it is with many other webshops), but that was not the case at all! Customer service helped us very friendly, and the sofa was delivered to us with a smile!

Wrong color delivered
I ordered a customized sofa. After 3 months of waiting I received it in the wrong color.
UPDATE:
Fortunately SofaCompany offered 2 options to make up for their mistake which were both acceptable. I need to mention that despite the color issue, the quality of the sofa is great and looks as amazing as I thought it would be.

Great sales agent, need better instructions
We had a lovely sales agent, Denise. The modular sofa arrived on time. We would have benefitted from better instructions, however. The first section was challenging to figure out, although the two after it were easier.

We waited less weeks than advertised. We visited the showroom and customized our couch. The quality is amazing. We love our new couch. Highly recommended. I would only wish for a better online gauge to see where in the delivery cycle our couch was at so we could better plan for delivery.

nice showroom and friendly staff
Very nice showroom, also very nice staff (everyone is happy and smiling). The atmosphere makes you feel welcomed. The products are very cute, and thankfully because of the many options (including personalising the color, etc.), one can find something suitable for herself/himself. Louise (in the Olof Palmes Gata showroom) was very helpful and friendly and she made it very easy for me and my sambo to decide there and then to buy the sofa. Thanks, Louise!
Improvement: delivery service. It was delivered outside the apartment, not inside. All the while I thought it will be delivered inside, so perhaps it’s just managing expectations and it could be explained better. I’m not sure if it was Bring’s fault for not bringing the sofa inside the apartment or if it’s just miscommunication and I did not understand it correctly.
