Took delivery of two 3x2m SIP roofing panels to my home. Was given a delivery "window" & was regularly updated as to the movement of the delivery & the time it would be delivered. Delivery was made well within the estimated time by a delivery team of two very courteous & helpful gentlemen for whom nothing was too much trouble. They took the time to carry both the large panels from the road to my outhouse, a distance of about 100ft. All in all, I was extremely pleased with the service provided by seagoat.app & would not hesitate to recommend them.

No company or delivery man contact details in the tracking. A delivery was missed as an SMS by the delivery man in poor reception area did not arrive in time, now redelivery at customers expense. I will avoid using it in the future

Seagoat.app were trusted with my mattress delivery - as the company that the mattress firm used had gone into administration.

They were late, rude, put the mattress down on the grass i.e. dirty, refused to take the mattress to the room of choice, and left it in a corridor blocking the access door to my lounge, plus did not take away packaging - as they'd been paid to do.

Not one single positive to say about this company.

The company who sent the mattress had another customer compliant - about the same bad attitude.

My husband has a health condition, but we had to drag the mattress to the bedroom to access the lounge.

Avoid at all costs.
