I met a lovely lady called Rebecca, she couldn't have been more helpful. Her attention to detail, her knowledge of all the appliances, gave loads of time to decide on products. She had a beautiful smile & made eye contact, explained everything. All the other staff that were working were friendly & helpful to other clients that l observed. Well done to you all, highly recommended.

Ordered the product I wanted late in the evening and it arrived the next day. Communication was excellent and friendly. Arrived before lunch. Could not recommend highly enough.

We purchased a fridge from Hennessys. The staff in the shop were patient and diligent. The fridge was delivered into our kitchen by Sean the delivery driver the next day. Sean could not have been nicer and nothing was a problem for him. Sean removed our old fridge and took it for recycling. All round, an excellent service

The staff were very helpful with my queries to my online order and the delivery driver Sean gave us plenty of notice of an arrival time and was extremely helpful to lift the item with with my partner to where we wanted it in the home.

I couldn’t recommend Sean Hennessy’s enough. The speed in delivery of our appliance the very next day. We also needed an engineer to look at a different appliance which also got sorted the next day. Leah was absolutely fantastic in sorting all of this out for us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had to buy a new washing machine on a Monday and got a call from the driver first thing Tuesday morning for immediate delivery which was great appreciated. Driver Blayne was very friendly and helpful to get my old machine out and to show me what I need to do to connect the new one. Thanks for your help.

Absolute pleasure to deal with Sean Hennessy electrical. Purchased a chest freezer online for our community centre, at a very competitive price compared to local stores in Waterford for the exact same model. In fact, on comparison one staff member in a large chain locally advised us to go with Sean. Confirmation email, follow up phone call, & prompt delivery within 3 days, by a very pleasant delivery driver(we were told 3 weeks by one local store) Sean Hennessy will definetly be our first port of call for any further purchases.
