Unusually vague delivery timelines even after a week from ordering
I placed an order for a mobile phone from Seentat.com on 9 March. As of 16 March there was still no shipping confirmation, dispatch update, or any clear indication of when the order would actually be processed.
The price was lower than most UK retailers, although slightly higher than some Hong Kong eBay sellers offering the same model. I had originally placed an order with one of those sellers but cancelled it after seeing Seentat had strong Trustpilot reviews, assuming it would be the more reliable option.
After contacting customer service they did reply to my first email and said they would prioritise the order. However, they were still unable to provide even an estimated dispatch date and only referred to general timeframes.
This is particularly frustrating as the phone was intended as a gift for my mum for a special day, which I explained to them. Despite that, they couldn’t confirm whether it would arrive in time.
At the moment I am still waiting for any concrete update on dispatch or delivery. My main concern isn’t necessarily the delay itself, but the lack of clear communication on delivery timeline

I was a little concerned as I've never heard of this website but read the reviews and decided it was worth the risk as the Samsung Flip 7 was a few hundred pounds cheaper than everywhere else.
Excellent communication fromthe seller. My order took longer than expected due to Chinese New Year and my 1st choice of colour being out of stock (3 wks) but if your not in a rush then buy from here.

New Samsung S25+ SM-5936U1 - an efficient, speedy and extremely well priced purchase
I ordered a new Samsung S25+ SM-5936U1 Silver Shadow 256GB Dual SIM smartphone for £574.99 on 23.1.26, promptly receiving e-mail order confirmation and Paypal receipt confirmation.
On 26.1.26, I received e-mail confirmation my order was being processed followed, on 30.1.26, by e-mail dispatch confirmation. I then received notification the item was due to be delivered to me by DPD on Sunday, 1.2.26, which it duly was.
The phone appeared to be a model intended for the AT&T market in the USA but it looked brand new and unused and I did not have any issues setting it up for use in the UK. The only (minor) quibble I have is that I was expecting a model which would allow me to use two physical SIMs, whereas what I received was a model with space for one physical SIM and one e-SIM, which seems a usual configuration in the USA.
But this is no big issue for me and I would still have bought the phone at that price had I known at the outset of the precise SIM configuration.
Long story short, my buying experience was efficient, speedy and extremely well priced and I would have no hesitation recommending Seentat to other prospective purchasers.

Ordered 2 Samsung Galaxy 8 watches, classic and standard. Read the description on website and chose global version as this, or we thought would be universal use. One watch arrived a few days later the other was longer, not a big thing but an annoyance. Both watches arrived new although one had security seal broken. The biggest problem here was both watches being global versions are not UK spec for UK or European region. You cannot download or update the watches to include UK region so we have had to use nearest option but that will limit some of the options. So a better more accurate description on website would have been useful. Just beware of what your buying, make sure it EU UK compatible.
