Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, brilliant product at a very good price. Bought a mobile for a birthday present ordered it on 2nd Feb and it arrived on 9th. I emailed seentat on 6th explaining that it was needed for 11th and Kasey assured me that I'd have it and I did.
The phone I got was considerably cheaper than elsewhere and is just perfect. If I need anything else that Seentat has in stock I will not hesitate to use them again.

Wow, just brilliant! I needed a camera for my daughters birthday- it was so difficult to find the one we wanted - ie refurbished or companies selling it but with customers complaining of poor service. Then I eventually found ‘Seentat’- it already had great reviews and I’m now adding another great review! Brilliant correspondence, fast delivery with DHL -( free postage). It arrived quicker than the estimated time and the camera was perfect! Thank you ‘Seentat’!

Quick and easy ordering, and efficient delivery. Product was Indian version, with non UK charger plug and non UK warranty. P,eased to have them supply a higher spec phone to the one ordered.
Seentat were quick to answer my question about "global version" and to explain that they were offering a 1yr warranty to replace the non-UK one. I think they could make the significance of global version clearer on their Web pages and ordering screens.
I had never heard of Seentat, and When I see a price on the Internet which looks too good to be true I'm suspicious, so I took care to check reviews and look out for red flags. Also made sure to UK credit card protection.

Seems to be an honest company
I ordered a high value tablet from them > 500 pounds. After 2 days I recieved an email telling me they don't have in stock anymore. The important part , I got my money back ( to be honest was not very sure I will- took about 4 weeks ) . I gave them 4 stars because they prompted me about delivery problem extremley fast and also for returning my money of course.

I was after a new phone and found…
I was after a new phone and found Seentat selling the one I wanted and very much cheaper.
When ordered they kept updated all the way till it was delivered.

Very Good service
I had my doubts about ordering from this website because I hadn't heard of them before. They were selling the phone I wanted considerably cheaper than elsewhere. I checked them out the best I could, and paid with credit card. After ordering they told me that the phone I wanted was out stock, and I could have a refund. I said I was prepared to wait for one. Then when I got an email to say one was available, it took less than a week to arrive.
I'm extremely pleased with the phone, and the customer service. I will certainly order from them again.

I had an excellent experience with this company. They stayed in constant communication while resolving some initial payment issues (which weren’t their fault), and once everything was sorted, my item arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and at a better price than usual retail.

I upgraded my phone from Samsung A55 to S25plus. As UK prices are so expensive I found this seller Seentat selling it for cheap . Phone came within 9 days , brand new and sealed .Like everyone in UK I was doubtful of this website but I took the risk having read all the reviews. I would definitely recommend them!!!
