I would not recommend using this shipping company. After purchasing their service I never received a tracking code, so I missed the first delivery attempt. The second delivery attempt, I received a tracking code that said my order would be delivered around 13:00, but then the delivery driver attempted to deliver it around 11:30 (the email says that orders are delivered between 12:00-02:00) while I was out for lunch. I called him back and said it was too late and that he could probably deliver it Saturday or Sunday. (He didn't) I checked the tracking today and it the package was marked for return.

Terrible service
Terrible service. I was never notified that the delivery was coming and then after I reached out to customer service I'm told that after 2 attempts I have to buy the delivery again. The first time they attempted it the delivery person couldn't find my apartment ( I described it in detail) and the second time I wasn't even notified. Honestly this seems like a scam to me and I should have checked the other reviews on Trustpilot to see the pattern. Never experienced anything like this. Customer support replied after a week. End of the story, after more than a month I still don't have my package
