Melissa Mcclaskey gave me exceptional service over the phone this afternoon. she was so patient with me even when I stutter when I speak sometimes or am a little slow to understand. she understood what I needed without me having to over explain or try to explain what I needed. I didn't know how to explain myself very good but she just knew I needed her help and her painting the picture for me and she was very patient with me and excellent the whole time and so very kind in heart! I will definitely recommend her to people close to me! she is amazing! 10/10
