What a great experience I had with agent Brandy. I've never been made so comfortable getting a health plan or anything on a phone as I was with her. What a joy. And comical as could be. It was like I was talking to my sister. Although being professional and thoroughly. She's a keeper. Boss.

While people may not understand this…
While people may not understand this comment, I was happy to talk to a representative that spoke English and I could understand. He was very informative and courteous. I would have given the process a five but having to go through two additional reps for the interview to be over, I just though it was too long a process as I was on the phone just shy of 2 hours. With that said I'm happy w the plan I selected though.
