The company promises around, keeps thin.
They have no control over pick-up times or days that the freight forwarders drive in different areas.
Pick-up was promised the same day, but was 4 days later due to lack of expertise at Sendify

Room for improvement but it's a good service. It's really what the shipping companies should offer already.
Best thing is that you can reach a physical person within seconds.
Unfortunate things are that sometimes the bookings don't go through for no reason.
Sendify constantly spams my inbox. Just annoying.
Their invoicing company is a mess. When I signed up for Sendify I was promised one invoice per month. Now I get one per booked shipment. Lately a invoice of 3 SEK, which is EUR 0.3 ... Come on.

I had to re-do my shipping waybill…
I had to re-do my shipping waybill several times, because my e-mail remained in status as unverified (although I did confirm my email address). This was annoying since I was in a hurry. Otherwise it appears to be much more user friendly than UPS interface for example.
