The delivery person was lovely

Ordered headboard. Website easy to navigate. Kept up to date on delivery times and was delivered on day and time stated. Call from driver advising when exact delivery time would take place. Haven’t fitted headboard as yet but looks good quality. Excellent service from start to finish.

Driver was friendly and professional.
There was no packing around vulnerable parts of the furniture within the box and the box was punctured in several place. While I was fortunate that no damage was done to the piece, it could easily have been.
I am very happy with the Chaise Longue. It's a very nice piece of furniture.

Fabulous customer service! The whole process worked really well from communication about our delivery, available time slots and the bed arriving exactly when they said it would. Great care was taken in getting the bed upstairs - staff even took their shoes off. Really happy & can highly recommend!

Delivery was proposed between 12 and 3pm with a phone call 1 hour before arrival. Having herd nothing by 3pm we had to drive home to Putney. Also checking the tracking app at 2pm the bed was showing as delivered.
We then noticed answerphone messages at 4.30 pm to say it had been delivered and left outside. This necessitated the drive at 6pm from putney to Bracknell to put bed away in the garage. Overall a shocking standard of service.

We were kept updated on the arrival time of our bed during the day and the bed arrived exactly on time which was amazing as our delivery was by one young man named Kelvin, even though it was supposed to have been a 2 man delivery! He was very polite and deserves a medal for getting our ottoman bed upstairs with just a little help from my husband, as it was extremely heavy.

Firstly the time taken to deliver with minimum communication untill a day or two before the delivery … but the big issue to get the goods I had to agree in writing they were I damaged and you can’t use the delivered unchecked thing. The driver (who was very nice) only gets 10 min to make the delivery.. but I made him wait while I unpacked everything to check.

We clearly paid for 2 man delivery but delivery was just one man whom was 5* service and very nice, but the poor guy struggled with the superking bed bases on his own which was really unfair, so smacked of the service Manager/s profiteering at his expense as well as ours. I did offer to help the guy but he said he was ok. So we just told him to leave the Bases inside the kitchen area and my wife and I did the rest.

I was very pleased with the delivery service by Serene Logistics. Driver courteous and efficient. Couldn't ask for more.

The bed arrived within the given time by British bed direct. Polite and friendly delivery staff. The item has no scratches or defects. Overall really happy with the purchase!

Nice quality garden chairs but quite difficult for me to screw the 8 legs into the 2 chairs.

Communication about my delivery was accurate and clear. I was called half an hour before they arrived, within the allotted time slot. The delivery people were friendly and courteous.
