Excellent service. I needed to postpone delivery from the original date I booked. A seamless contact to their delivery system and another date booked to suit me and prompt delivery within their time frame. A lovely bed head, good quality and good value. Thank you.

Serene were absolutely fantastic
Serene were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time, gave me a good heads up on ETA, and were super polite. I mentioned our daughter had just gone to bed and they were really quiet (even carrying heavy beds!).
Much better than the larger firms, really impressed. Thank you!

Customer service communication was good, delivery was a lot later than first predicted, but driver and helper were very pleasant.

I ordered a Desk from 6 The Residence and after just a week from placing my order I have received it this morning. the Serene delivery guy was courteous and helpful, informing me by phone as to the minute when he expected to deliver my desk... excellent service, well done Serene logistics!
