Lack of communication

We were told that we would be contacted within 30 minutes to an hour before delivery. This did not happen, it was an hour later after the hour had passed before we were contacted. However, the delivery guys were very helpful and considerate, and the delivery was carried out efficiently.

Daniel and Dill 5* Delivery

Daniel and Dill just delivered us our sofas and were the nicest delivery drivers we’ve had in a long time. Absolutely pleasure to deal with, so polite and so helpful. Would highly recommend this company because of them and hope to be able to have deliveries from them in the future! Thanks again for a wonderful, easy delivery!! 5*

Great service!…

Great communication ahead of delivery and on the day from Daniel and Dill. Service was excellent, they were happy to navigate some narrow access to the garden. All in all, very pleased.

Top class delivery

I have just received my delivery from Daniel and Dill. They called me before they arrived with an eta and were here when they said they would be. Very polite men and totally respected my property. I would recommend them anytime.
