Their free servers are already good enough (considering the fact that they're free) but even their cheapest premium option offers amazing experience, and it's definitely worth buying.

Their customer support replies quickly and solves any issues you have in no time.

All in all, server.pro has been my go-to choice for Minecraft server hosting for several years now and I will definitely remainusing their services.

Hello, I'm giving a 1-star review because I just had the worst support experience.
I've used my phone number to get some money on my server.pro account but the code that their provider sent me didn't work. So, I contacted the support on both platforms. Both support teams redirected me back to either speak to paymentwall.com support or the server.pro support. Awful experience and I do not recommend it.
Honestly, if you're gonna use a server. pro as your host you should use the free tier.

EDIT: Changed my review back to 5/5 stars since my problem was solved and for some reason, my code WAS claimed but it got delayed and I didn't get the money on my server.pro account immediately I got it just after 24 hours passed.

I have used their services for multiple years and never once had any issues and their support team is amazing! 100% worth the pricing for the quality of service

I have been using this page for a long time for my minecraft servers and I have never had a problem to this day, with the forge version of minecraft that did not have it and I had to add it myself, when I could not do it they helped me, I solved it quickly the problem problem, very grateful for the customer support they have. I highly recommend the page for those looking to set up their servers intuitively and easily.

Everything perfect, i've used their service since when i started playing minecraft. I've also had some problems setting up the server, and contacted them, and they immediately answered. Very happy they are still providing this service

I use server.pro to run a small little community server with some friends. It’s pretty modded and due to that it tends to crash every once in a while. But server.pro gives you a surprising amount of control over a server and is super useful for quickly updating mods and fixing problems. They also have some of the best customer service out of any server host I’ve ever used. They respond super quick and no matter what problem do you have? They have probably seen it before and know how to fix it and if they haven’t seen it before then they’ll figure out how to fix it as fast as they can. The only real downside to serve it up bro is that I can be a little bit pricey, but the customer service tends to more than make up for it.

I really loved how fast they answer to my questions and how easy to understand is what they say.

The service itself is wonderful. The customer service is amazing too! I thought I had canceled my premium service, but realized I hadn't when I got a charge to my account. I emailed then and received a response the next day. They were very kind and understanding, and issued me the refund.

They've done so much for me! 1 star minus for that it takes i think About 5 mails to tell me, that the version might be problem And that 5 mails is two weeks for me because of work.. But after that all the stress fall down because it worked well.. Looking forward to play fully now ^^ great for losers like me Who didnt even know how to install properly

As of may 2023 there is no way to remove your account by yourself which is a con :/ But the support was very quick and super helpful when I wanted to remove my account! They deleted it within maybe 5-10 minutes of me writing them.
