Really nice server page
Really nice server page, I have been using it for years and works like a charm.
Recently had some troubles with an installation for a new server and they customer support answered with the exact fix in less than 5 minutes.

I'm deeply sorry to hear about your server that got deleted. I would like to explain why we have this automatic system that deletes inactive servers.
Whenever your server expires and becomes inactive our system only keeps files for 30 days (12 months for paid plans). You can of course 'resume' the server to reset that timer and get extra time. We sent you notification emails to explain that this happens and to urge you to 'resume' your server if you'd like to keep your files. We also of course show the deletion date on the website.
I hope this explains it well enough. Again, we apologise for the inconvenience.

Good to host your private gameplay sessions with friends.
This is a good user friendly service if you're new to external server hosting.
It's best at hosting smaller contained servers for you and your friends than big and exstensive ones.
A sturdy, reliable and fast service with good customer support.
Would raccomend.

Very bad, server is always lagging and there is no way to stop that. I tried coping same plugins and worlds to other hosting services with the same specs and there vas no lag. I dont recommend you paying for this.

this is absurd
I had a free server with some of my friends but we didn't played on it for one week max. Today I tried to start the server again but I discovered that my world didn't exist anymore and that I lost every progress on it, because clearly if you don't pay any money you can't even have a backup. What makes me rage the most is that I was never informed that free servers disappear after a while that you don't play on them. Never going to start a server pro server ever again.
