The transaction went very smooth. I bought the product and it arrived within a few days. The item was brand new exactly what I expected. I'll buy from here again.

We purchased two switches, and the communication from Steve was great concerning the exact spec. Shipping was fast too!

The product was exactly as advertised and was delivered promptly.

Vendor took care of this and gave me full credit for the order. They did not ship new, said they had 2 stock and dropped shipped one renewed from another vendor, said it was good product and offered a discount. I am reselling to a distributor and cannot not take refurb or renew as specified in my emails.
terrible vendor, and will not issue a label to return the renew part. it's ridiculous.

The package came packed well in a little box between a lot of bubble wrap which was good to make it from getting damaged but the box was opened with the seal being opened and I don't know if the new inbox SSD has been used yet I haven't bothered testing it to see if it's been used or not but the top seal was left open

I’ve been having a difficult time sourcing a Lenovo version of the Intel P4511 SED NVMe drive. Server blink had one in stock and I ordered it. They tested the drive they had before shipping it out. Come to find out it was dead. They offered to refund immediately, but also said they could get the OEM version instead.

I asked if they could transfer the Lenovo specific enclosure to the new drive and they agreed. Took a couple of weeks to get the drive from them but it shipped in new packaging, with the enclosure components and have 0 hours of use. Very pleased with the interaction overall as they got me a VERY hard to find part that allowed me to get my server back online. Highly Recommended!

I ordered 10 Cradlepoint routers. The company website was easy to use. They shipped the order quickly and they arrived quickly. Once I placed the order I was in constant contact with Jasmine. She was keeping me up to date on everything from start to finish. It was excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service! I was pleasantly surprised to have communication with an actual person. Steve was very helpful and ensured my order was placed packed and shipped in a very timely manner. I would certainly do business with them again.

Since my first review, server blink managed to get 2 of the original four drives, three stars for the effort and reasonable customer service,
But only three stars for the constant nagging to take down my original review and post a better one , it would have been better to get it right the first time

Had the same experience as David Short. Received an email (below) that stated the item was out of stock. Paid $143.38 usd for 2 processors. Said they were out of stock they are still listed for $298 each for a Pentium 3! This is not storage or RAM it was produced 20 years ago. Bait and switch seller, Buyer beware!
