My PC’s PSU went out, so I did some research and found that Server Blink LLC had the exact part I needed. Jasmine Cole personally made sure the product was shipped and followed up to ensure everything went smoothly after an issue I experienced. They are a great company, and I would gladly purchase more electronic parts from them in the future.

Originally bought 4 10tb drives
Told out of stock, lots of back and forth then eventually I agreed to a substitution for 2 drives
The original order was for SATA drives but shame on me in all the back and forth I agreed to their totally bogus and unusable SAS drives, junk NEVER EVER buy from server blink

Server Blink had the right part for a price that was competitive to thier competition. When the part I ordered did not solve the problem with my computer their customer service team was very helpful and issued my refund in just a few days. I would recommend Server Blink to others and I would definitely purchase from them again.

The company had a hard to find product (18Tb HDD) and they shipped it to me very quickly and was packaged well. The contact for my order (Jasmine), the account manager kept me updated on the progress of my order and followed up until delivery. Awesome company and great employees!

I had some questions about the refurbished unit when it arrived, and Steve, Simon, and the crew handled everything to our satisfaction. Their communication was on time and efficient.

Server Blink did a great job, overall, with my recent order for an enterprise SSD. As usual these days, there is a LOT of misadvertising, mislabeling of products, and a general seemingly lazy attitude towards accuracy of presentation, and Server Blink is guilty of this as well. Shortly AFTER I ordered the drive, a rep emailed me to tell me the drive is used (refurb), which should have clearly been spelled out in the item description but wasn't. Luckily, after I expressed my displeasure, the rep turned things around and I was sent a newer drive (still used) at a larger capacity. The larger size of the drive is irrelevant to my usage, but the shipping was fast and the packaging was excellent. Overall, I'm 95% satisfied, which is 5 stars in my book.
