We are missing box 2 of 3.
Ended up with 16 of the 24 casters ordered.
Tracking does not describe how many boxes, but there was hand-written notes on the side of the boxes: 1 of 3 and 3 of 3, but missing 2 of 3.
Update: Service Caster helped resolve the missing box quickly. Good response.

Great casters and very helpful!
Well I looked at several different places for casters and I kept going back to your website because it was obviously well put together which is number one, easy to navigate and with lots of options and information. I actually called and spoke with one of your guys and he was very helpful, he listened to what I was asking and he helped me out with the issue I was having with my shop chair. I went from 3” to 4” and they are extremely smooth on my concrete and tile floors and they DO NOT get hung up on anything. I have another shop chair from harbor freight which is just ok but I’ll put your 4” ones on it and then it’ll be a good chair. I love it when a company has exactly what I need. Very helpful salesperson
Very helpful salesperson, answered all my questions quickly. Received in a timely manner and got constant email updates from them. Great quality casters with no scuff marks on the hard floor. Easy to install.
My only complaint is the wheel locks. Engaging them is no issue. Disengaging them takes a bit of effort on the model I purchased. I have to kick them with the back of my foot pretty hard.

Used to move a 150 yr old log cabin
Arrived quickly and we placed them on a dolly, jacked up the log cabin and secured all parts together.
Casters ran over plywood placed on gravel to asphalt where now stored blocked up until we can roll the cabin to a concrete pad. Images available. Cabin 10 by 12 ft on the sides.

No wheels for my chairs
The whole experience was outstanding professional service from the beginning to the product's arrival. I was at my wits' end because I had come into a set of antique chairs with wheels, and all the bears were missing. I found Service Casters after searching the web and calling other companies; they were recommended. Michael Colon assisted me and made it easy to have new wheels, sending me photos of what he had in mind based on the sample wheel I sent him.
Everyone really loved the chairs once I got the wheels replaced and they look great in our kitchen. I truly appreciate the level of detail and service I received from Service Caster.

Should be 5 star but only issue was…
Should be 5 star but only issue was they should have put the caster wheels in a bag. They used shredded type of cardboard packing and now the grease in the roller bearing have pieces of cardboard in them. Hopefully I was able to get most of it out and won’t cause a swiveling problem down the road.
