Item delivered next day and well packaged. I thought the postage was a little steep given the size of the item but the item itself was a good price so it evened out. Recommended

All looked fine - found part needed for server. Ordered, paid and was advised of delivery date. Then waited, and waited....had to chase up and at time of writing still not in receipt of part. Let themselves down. Will use them again but need to sort out delivery and despatch procedures.

Whenever you need to replace a broken part or want to upgrade your older system this is the place to go to. They have an amazing range of stock you thought had gone forever and their pricing is also fair. All this topped up with quick response to enquiries and overnight shipping, just as promised. I dealt with ICC several times over the last year looking for DEC spares and they always got it right. They also took extra care to package items properly, so whatever I ordered arrived safe, even the heavy and bulky items. Thank you, and keep up the good job!

Problem with delivery which was resolved direct with the customer services swiftly.

Although not new, these drives are checked and tested. The service is efficient and delivery as per the sites information. Altogether a very pleasant experience of which I would be happy to repeat

Ordered a HP Integrity part at 3:30PM. Arrived the following day at 11AM. Well priced in comparison to other sellers of the part. My only criticism would be that many parts have inadequate or nonexistant descriptions, and duplicate listings, requiring the use of HP PartSurfer or reading the service manual, to ensure the correct part is being ordered before purchasing (which you should be doing anyway).

After a hardware fault on a critical server that needed repairing asap I contacted ICC. I asked if I could bring the server to them for repair and it wasn't a problem. I arranged a time and the repair was done in under 1 hour, fully working with a new system board and controller cache module. OS was still intact and working fine which was the main worry.
Server was reinstalled back on site and everything was back to normal.
I couldn't have wished for a better service. Professional, helpful and accommodating. The engineers involved certainly know their stuff and carried out a very professional repair.
Overall an excellent experience and I cannot recommend ICC highly enough.

ICC phoned to double-check that I'd ordered the correct part - a nice touch.

Items arrived a day later than promised.

But this is only because ICC actually tested them before shipping and found one to be faulty, so had to wait for additional stock. I'd much rather have items arrive late, but working, rather have faulty items on time!

So no complaints really.

Part ordered about 3pm on one day and delivered the following day, great service.

Good prices on the products but postage is very expensive which means the most of the cost benefits are lost

I ordered a fairly unusual spare, received it next working day, in excellent condition, perfect working order and very reasonable cost. It's hard to say how the service could have been any better. Thank you and well done.

It doesn't seem to matter what part we need, ICC always come up trumps with what we need. They're also great for advice when we have a problem and get the items we need to us quickly.

We were referred to ICC by a friendly competitor which to me, in itself speaks volumes.

The account manager I dealt with could not have been more helpful and the whole companies ethos of a fast and efficient service, saved us a lot of stress and our customer a lot of money in prevented downtime.

ICC have become one of our preferred suppliers as they can get equipment at very good prices - much lower than regular street prices, especially on hard-to-find items such as SAN switches and Cisco networking kit.
