Thank you Alex!

Alex 3709 came out and stripped out our AEG dryer and re-built with necessary replacement parts, cleaning out everything and basically gave us a new machine. Friendly, efficient, helpful explaining what he was doing, and very conscientious. Also Simon visited the week before to diagnose the problem - also very efficient and thorough. Thank you Alex & Simon.

Buyer beware

Referred to service force via AEG as there only Uk repair company for my faulty microwave. Contacted service force after several attempts as a constant call que ,( average 20 to 30 mins wait to take call ).

Advised them of my appliance details & fault & advised on a fixed price repair at £135 , which I accepted . Payment taken immediately & then advised on engineer would be 2 weeks ( I had no choice at this point after payment taken ). Engineer arrived , diagnosed fault very quickly without taking the microwave out & simply scanned the QR code & asked me the issue . Engineer then advised he would get parts on order & somebody would contact me for the follow up appointment . 2 days later I chased up & was initially asked if I had contacted the engineer to chase up ( I had not engineer details as it was a service force engineer as far as I was concerned ) it would appear the engineers are 3rd party contractors . Eventually service force advised they had contacted the engineer who advised “ you need to partially refund as beyond economical repair ( not what I was advised via the engineer ). Then advised a partial refund was due as per the small print , I.e. beyond economical repair . So I have payed ( assuming the refund comes ) £70 for a so called engineer to spend 5 mins at my property , scan a QR code & state his would be ordering parts to be later told the opposite . Have contacted AEG accordingly .

A bunch of incompetent fools!!

If I could give a zero star review I would. Quite possible one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Twice they turned up with the wrong part and the third time they suddenly decided our machine was not an Electrolux machine, even though it is, and thus could not be fixed by them. They are simply a group of incompetent fools who don’t know one end of a washing machine from another! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Service Force are Not Service Oriented at all

I have purchased a AEG dishwasher which they are supposed to repair as it is under warranty. They gave me a date after 15 days, and their engineer came twice unable to repair the machine and once fallen sick. Re-arranged twice as they did not have the parts. Every time i call, it takes 20 minutes to get through.Even my complaint has been twisted to make their record look good. Their focus is on themselves and not their customers or their service. Please avoid buying AEG or Electrolux or Zanussi products or else you will be at their mercy .AVOID

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Another shambolic company affiliated with AEG. Your AEG appliance breaks (which it will) then you get referred to Service Force. If you are lucky to get an engineer out they will advise you the parts will ready in 4 days leave your house (often without putting back together what they’ve taken apart) and then good luck in getting anyone to come back within a ‘reasonable’ time. Am now on my 3rd faulty AEG appliance and dealing with this company is a joke. Promise of “I’ll be back in 4 days” turned to 2 weeks and after a complaint to AEG head office, I then get a call to say we’ve got the part....we’ll post it to you and come out and fix it....well guess what neither the part or the engineer turned up when promised and then your back chasing them either being promised by text message they’ll work around you (complete lie) which then that moves to call backs that don’t ever happen, so you resort to phoning them again for the phone to either ring out, with no option to leave a voicemail or you get placed on hold and then cut off as they don’t want to deal you.
This company lies and has no concept of customer service.
The best piece of advice I can give you is do not deal with this company, spend a bit more or even a bit less and buy appliances that are reliable and customer service that exists..AVOID ELECTROLUX, ZANUSSI and AEG and you should escape with having to deal with Service Force!

Service Force are agents for Electrolux fridge/freezer repair Avoid at all costs.

During the course of a week I contacted this company on five occasions. Having spent 15 minutes listening to the automated answering service (although the call waiting music wasn't bad) on three occasions my call was terminated after 15 minutes. On the two occasions when I actually managed to speak to a human the first man seemed stumped by my request - a pretty standard replacement fridge lamp - having given him the product number he then put me on hold whilst he checked the catalog .. ten minutes later my call was terminated and I never heard from him again. The second guy- ditto even though I confirmed my number with him should I be cut off again.Neither could have been described as the 'sharpest tools in the box' but honestly managing a simple enquiry about a replacement part is hardly rocket science. Life is too short to deal with this level of incompetence, so I sourced the item from Appliance Spares Warehouse instead.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!
Terrible customer service. Said they had managed to get my appliance working temporarily (under warranty) and promised they would be back to fit the proper part to permanently fix the appliance, they never returned. The company are liars and have been proven to be by Zanussi. The manager poses as “admin” over the telephone and will not give out his name, he then fabricated saying they have updated their system and that details have been lost so difficult to prove them wrong. Would never use this company ever again due to the lying alone 🤥

Shocking service

Shocking service, the worst I've ever received. We have two very young children and 3 weeks later our oven (not even 2yrs old) has still not been repaired. It packed in teatime new years eve when we had guests. All food had to be thrown away. Engineer not turned up twice, doesn't answer his phone or texts and the service centre is simply shocking. Will be going further and informing watchdog/rip off Britain. How is this company still going?

Simon 2191 HIGHLY recommend

The thought of buying a new fridge freezer before Christmas filled me with dread so I called out Service force I wasn’t very hopeful as the fridge had totally packed in and was old. Simon came to repair the old John Lewis Fridge freezer for me. Simon was very knowledgable, tidy, courteous, highly professional and efficient. And cared! He messaged the night before to let me know the window slot when he would arrive and I confirmed. The next day he called an hour before he was due to arrive.

As a result, my ten year old John Lewis fridge freezer will go on and on and on!

Thank you so Simon it’s as good as new.
