Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Took 9 days to speak to a person despite daily calls and 3 voice messages, a further 6 days for someone to come at look at a 1 yr old AEG dishwasher. It apparently needs a replacement part and the appointment to repair was booked in for today, 5 days after the engineer, despite sitting in all day waiting for the engineer, no one attended to carry out the repair and not even a call to advise that there would not be someone coming. No doubt numerous calls for follow to sort out. will never buy AEG again based on this experience.

Rang up and advised microwave under warranty wasn’t working as clip had broken that goes into the door. Easy fix you might think! Was told they would have parts on first visit. Wrong! Second visit turns up and hasn’t ordered parts. What are you even doing at my house then?! Third visit was told would be a morning appointment. 2pm and still sat here waiting. Service centre can’t get hold of the engineer.
Can’t believe a large company with a good reputation as AEG is doing employing these cowboys!

Engineer great but Customer Service was slow needed a number of calls and had I to wait over a week for an engineer to attend my Zanussi washer/dryer which was still under guarentee- therefore only 3* for telephone experience! However, when the engineer Chris Pinder did arrive he (and his colleague - who I think was training) were very friendly, attentive and efficient so 5* for them. They checked everything and fixed the problem and the washing machine (not tried the dryer yet) is working fine, very pleased with their service.

Shockingly slow for an AEG repair under warranty. I would very much advice people not to buy AEG products when you have to deal with such an abysmal repairs services.
Customer Services Nightmare
I called Electrolux last week to arranged a fixed price repair, which they happily took payment for. I made a booking for 23/09/10 08:00hrs & 16:00hrs). The Electrolux team mentioned Service Force would call ahead of the visit. No one called ahead, no one arrived and no one has contacted me since. I have called so many numbers, some keeping me on hold for extended periods of time and then rejecting my call, others simply not working at all. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I just hope I can get my money back. I'm left knowing absolutely nothing about whether they intend to progress or why they failed to arrive.

I can't give a review of Service Force's service because I can't actually get to speak to anyone. I've spent over 35 minutes hanging on the phone on three separate occasions in the last two days, and I've sent them two emails via their contacts page. Nothing. Just nothing. Just charging for a phone call to nothing. Appalling customer service, I can't imagine why AEG would recommend them.

Very poor level of customer service. They have still not repaired my dishwasher following the initial engineer visit over seven weeks ago. They never contact you unless it is to cancel the appointment. They seem unable to source a part for a three year old AEG dishwasher. Extended warranties are worth nothing when you are required to deal with organisations like this.

Getting through on the phone to report my faulty washing machine took over 6 hours! Yes you read that correctly. When I eventually did I was told my appliance was not under warranty (it is). Then I got cut off the phone and had to try to get hold of someone again. Lots of calls routed through to dead numbers. Absolutely shocking level of service for today's consumer.
The engineer who turned up was very good, professional and identified the issues quickly.

Zanussi microwave repair
Curtis (3465575) came today to fix my Zanussi microwave. He was an extremely nice young man, very competent, very polite, talked me through what he was going to do and fixed my microwave quickly. He phoned me early in the morning to fix a 2-hour time slot, which he adhered to, which meant I could get on with my day without having to wait about for someone to arrive. Full marks!

Getting the appointment was difficult as the automated call service isn’t great however Ian was very friendly and helpful. Called to advise on arrival time, was efficient and got the machine working.
