Over a month and still waiting for delivery

I put in an order on 15th Nov. They told me it had shipped on 25th Nov. I still have not received my item. I have emailed on several occasions but all I get is an automated email response. Terrible customer service and at this point I am beginning to think I have been ripped off as even Royal Mail are not this slow.

Ordered a Christmas Present on 27th…

Update - It arrived on 18th December, thank you so much, such a relief!!!

Ordered a Christmas Present on 27th November, opted for the "No Rush" 15 day delivery, still had no communication from SetList so don't know whether the present is going to arrive in time for Christmas, if at all.
And now there is an error when I try to get on to their website.....is this a scam?????
Not a good company for communication.

Placed an order on 27th November and…

Placed an order on 27th November and haven’t heard anything since. Delivery is supposed to be 15 days so I wasn’t too worried, but now I can’t track it as the website isn’t available and there has been no update regarding delivery. Will I receive it in time for Christmas? Who knows? My advice is don’t order from this company. The website hasn’t been working so they may have gone bust for all I know.

Poor quality

I placed my order on 15/11/2024 with no rush delivery as I thought I had plenty of time. It was finally received on 14/12/2024 so 4 weeks later.
I am very disappointed with the quality of product. I paid £37.38 for 2 x A4 setlist selfies and one of them have got black lines underneath each song title or across them very visible. It's 9 days til Christmas and I haven't got a present as I cannot give one of them because of the bad quality.
Website is down so couldn't find contact until I came across Trustpilot which I wish I read before I placed the order.
Paid almost £40 for 2 printed A4 posters (no frames) which can be found cheaper elsewhere.

Faulty product and poor customer service.

Ordered a setlist poster, it arrived in a flimsy envelope and the poster had a noticeable kink in it. This meant it couldn’t be straightened out and it sadly made it not worthy of a Christmas gift. I sent an email with a picture and initially got a generic reply.
I emailed again and asked what could be done to resolve the faulty item.
I received an email saying they would look into it during the week. That was on 30/11/24 and it’s now 16/12/24 and I’ve received no reply.
Seems that the customer service as well as packing quality leaves much to be desired.
If you’re looking to order from this site, I’d think again and look elsewhere.

Mixed Experiences

Placed 3 orders between July and the end of October, had to chase all three - first one was in the middle of a warehouse move I think so was fair enough and arrived eventually. The second one had to be chased after the 15 day delivery window was up, and did arrive a few days later, both mugs were good quality and looked good. Third order at the end of October had to be chased 6 times, only one or two actually got a response, got a refund as it's well outside the 15 day window. It actually did turn up today, 8 weeks later - the mug looks like it's been made by someone else, nowhere near the same quality and barely legible lettering, if I hadn't already been refunded I'd have definitely asked for one as its not something I'd be happy gifting at all!
Overall I think they're having issues scaling up, some of which are well documented on their Facebook page, but ultimately if you order, be prepared to chase and wait until they get their business model sorted out and more staff.

Have I been scammed or is it very poor customer service?

I placed an order for a mug on November. 15th. On the 25th, I received an email telling me the item was on its way.
It has not arrived. When I click on any of the links eg tracking, I get a blank page. I emailed and received an automated reply from Frankie. I have emailed again and received no response.
This item was an Xmas present. I can only conclude that I have been scammed.

Still waiting for my order that was…

Still waiting for my order that was shipped some time ago. Was due to be delivered several days ago at the latest. I’m not getting any response to emails (other than automated emails). The tracking provided isn’t working. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and it is now looking like I have to find something else for my teenager. This would have been a very emotional gift as the day of the concert also had significant meaning to him. I’m so disappointed as I’d read so many great reviews.

Edit: It is definitely not resolved and it is now Christmas Eve night so will NOT get here in time for Christmas. Extremely disappointed as I’ve not had any communication other than the reply to my review. This was ordered early November and was supposed to be a meaningful gift from his sibling who passed away recently as the gig was something significant to the two of them.

Still waiting for a refund. Products were damaged from postage and…

Products were damaged from postage and also had what appeared to be food stains on one of them. I contacted them and received a passive aggressive automatic reply about not being angry with them etc. I was hoping for a replacement product but did not have a reply and have now asked for a refund. I have still not had a response and am awaiting a refund. Disappointed as I love to support small businesses. I was a bit wary of buying as I read reviews on here first but thought I would give them a chance.
30th Dec - was informed on 14th Denver that I would get a full refund. Still waiting……
PayPal are involved so hopefully it will be sorted.

Excuses excuses

3 months later still no refund...

Ordered two of the same item due to the way their promotions and website is set up. I didn't realise I was buying a second identical item straight after my PayPal confirmed.
I emailed them immediately on 17th November and they responded saying they would cancel and refund me.
Despite chasing the refund twice and querying with PayPal I still have no refund today 12 Dec. They said they have technical difficulties but I just refuse to believe a refund takes 4 weeks sorry.

I would not buy from them or recommend.

Placed the order a month ago

*Update* - All mugs have just arrived. And all fantastic! I feel that the communication of the company let them down, but it’s seems they were have technical issues. I have now change my review.

Placed the order a month ago. Not received anything as of yet. Tried to trace the order on website, unable to. Tried to track the order with Royal Mail, and it can’t be found. Sent email, has come back saying undeliverable. Website still seems to be down. Not sure what to try next?

Lack of comms and refund

I am currently awaiting a refund. I have not had any communication from the company, bar automated messages. Order placed on 27th of Nov. My bad for not reading about the 15 day delivery time. When I realised, I asked for a refund. No response. I found the same item on Etsy, £5 cheaper and delivered x2 days later. I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. Now going to raise my refund with my credit card company.

Edited to add, the item was attempted to be delivered but this was after ages and I had already bought elsewhere. I declined it at the door.

Still no refund. Repeated requested. An apology email but no refund.

I definitely would not recommend this company.

2 months later and no order received

2 months later and no order received. Another month and some with no refund, either. Constant bizarre excuses, one after another. Honestly ridiculous. If this whole company isn't a scam from the start, it is so unbelievably poorly run it needs closing down.

Updating to say 3 months later I received an item, despite being told weeks back I will be getting a refund. What turned up is just shocking. It is absolutely not what is advertised on the site and looks like someone quickly and poorly made it in Word. And printed on terrible quality paper with smudges and half faded already. Just diabolical.

Won’t be ordering anything else

Ordered on 23rd October with 15 working days delivery. No sign of my order by 18th November. Messaged several times and eventually had an email stating that item had been sent on 12th November. Email stated that I could track the parcel via a link. There was no link. I still hadn’t received anything by 22nd November. I messaged and emailed so many times again. Eventually had an email to say that they had sent the product again. I received it yesterday.
Needless to say I won’t ever be ordering from them again. Their lack of communication was appalling.

Agree with other recent comments about this online store. Ordered a mug on 25 November and paid for delivery in 5 days. Chased on 6 December, no response received, link to order no longer works and website has been taken down.

Happy updated review

This is an updated review, and I've deleted the previous one as it was quite lengthy!
The main jist was that my order hadn't arrived and I'd had trouble reaching anyone to discuss/get an update.
There has been a delay with my order, these things happen, and I've had some contact with Wayne from setlist and have had a perfectly satisfactory explanation. I'm more than happy with this communication/customer service and feel confident any issues from recent reviews will be resolved soon, so I'm updating here to reflect this-as it would be very unfair towards setlist not to!

If they had responded to my emails and kept me informed that the present I had ordered and paid for was not going to arrive I would have been happy.
But not a peep out of them.
