Was skeptical at first, but SetraHost is terrific!

I had to find a new host after BlueHost, which I used for a very long time, violated my pre-paid contract and upped the pricing and downgraded the service. I did some research, and SetraHost's offering included moving all my WordPress websites over seamlessly. I was a bit skeptical and expected issues when moving, but iwas indeed seamless. And since I moved (that was a couple years ago now or so) the uptime, hosting, etc., including and especially the stellar customer service has been terrific. 5 Stars, I highly recommend.

I recently switched from Bluehost to…

I recently switched from Bluehost to Setrahost after discovering them on a Reddit post, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The migration process was seamless, with the support team quickly transferring my site within just a couple of hours. Damon and Steven were incredibly responsive and attentive, addressing all my concerns and ensuring everything was properly set up. They even handled the domain and DNS transfer, and kept me updated throughout. Their customer service was top-notch, and I appreciate their efforts to make the transition as smooth as possible. Glad I made the switch!

Always get a good response time and…

Always get a good response time and resolution to anything going on. I'm not always the easiest client with some of my requests, because I just don't know what is happening on the back end of things, yet they still help me out joyfully. I'm really pleased with the service and support.

The best.

I don't know why everyone uses the big company's when you have someone like Setrahost who have been top notch for me and my businesses. Always super helpful anytime I have any issues and super quick communication. I never write reviews but 100% would recommend them to anyone if you're looking for hosting.

I've been working with hosting providers for over 20 years, and SetraHost has truly exceeded my expectations. As a marketing studio managing multiple websites, we've had our fair share of challenges, especially when moving sites between hosts. With SetraHost, all I had to do was open a ticket, and they took care of everything—smoothly and efficiently.

Very grateful for SetraHost

Very grateful for SetraHost. I was using Bluehost prior and was hit with a bill that was over 3x what I initially paid. I couldn’t justify this. I found SetraHost on Twitter so reached out on their live chat widget on their website. They were super helpful without trying to convince me of anything so I decided to give them a try. They migrated my website within literally 15 minutes and helped answer any questions I had. This is a big difference from the support I’ve gotten from Bluehost and on top of it, I pay way less now and my sites are much faster. I don’t know how SetraHost manages this, but i know I will be a customer for many years to come and recommend them to any friends looking for a good hosting provider

I'm a SetraFan

I like SetraHost. In fact, you can call me a SetraFan. They're a small company doing their best -- and oftentimes that is the absolute best. They have a crack team there that goes ABOVE and BEYOND what one would expect from a hosting company. For example, a plugin went sideways on a Wordpress installation; they not only got me into my site, they helped with the fix and made sure the site was up and running quickly. And when I write quickly, I mean QUICKLY. I was expecting to spend a good chunk of the day attending to this issue; in fact, I was up and running in under TWENTY MINUTES. They didn't have to do that. The tech didn't have to do that. Yet they did. Because they're good folks.

Switched my Hosting to SetraHost. All the process, from the purchase to my websites' migration was supported by knowledgable and extremely helpful operators. After landing on SetraHost grounds the tech support operator delt with reqested by me additional tech setups and answerd all the questions. Really fast but some disappointments

I came here just to say that during a "migration" of their services my blogs were down for more than 24 hours and if I did not find another host it would have been down for more than 48 hours. Very unprofessional to let it down for so long, it appears there is just a single person doing the support. If your website is not updated daily this hosting is for you, very fast, litespeed. But if you need support right away just go away.

If you want to keep this host make sure to do backups daily.

If you want a web host with humans actually caring about your websites and not just passing the ball between support agents with no notes and outsourced in India or elsewhere go with Setra Host. I am not disappointed so far, I have a reseller plan, the migration of 14 sites took around 4-5 hours, everything is really FAST.

So far so good ! THANKS !

I am sorry to hear you feel we went from a 5 star experience to a 2 star experience as we put our all into what we do. We have not had any downtime for 24 hours nor 48 hours. We were forced to do a recent migration for one of our servers due to software updates that required a migration, but did not have any downtime throughout this process. However, if you are using 3rd party DNS such as CloudFlare and did not update the IP to the new IP address, there may have been downtime for your website itself. I have requested further information via TrustPilot so we can look into this further.
