I had to find a new host after BlueHost, which I used for a very long time, violated my pre-paid contract and upped the pricing and downgraded the service. I did some research, and SetraHost's offering included moving all my WordPress websites over seamlessly. I was a bit skeptical and expected issues when moving, but iwas indeed seamless. And since I moved (that was a couple years ago now or so) the uptime, hosting, etc., including and especially the stellar customer service has been terrific. 5 Stars, I highly recommend.

Very grateful for SetraHost. I was using Bluehost prior and was hit with a bill that was over 3x what I initially paid. I couldn’t justify this. I found SetraHost on Twitter so reached out on their live chat widget on their website. They were super helpful without trying to convince me of anything so I decided to give them a try. They migrated my website within literally 15 minutes and helped answer any questions I had. This is a big difference from the support I’ve gotten from Bluehost and on top of it, I pay way less now and my sites are much faster. I don’t know how SetraHost manages this, but i know I will be a customer for many years to come and recommend them to any friends looking for a good hosting provider

I like SetraHost. In fact, you can call me a SetraFan. They're a small company doing their best -- and oftentimes that is the absolute best. They have a crack team there that goes ABOVE and BEYOND what one would expect from a hosting company. For example, a plugin went sideways on a Wordpress installation; they not only got me into my site, they helped with the fix and made sure the site was up and running quickly. And when I write quickly, I mean QUICKLY. I was expecting to spend a good chunk of the day attending to this issue; in fact, I was up and running in under TWENTY MINUTES. They didn't have to do that. The tech didn't have to do that. Yet they did. Because they're good folks.
They are on top of the transition and are great at communicating the status.
Very helpful support from both the tech team and the customer service team. Particular thanks to Damon and Stephen!

Pricing is the best I've seen in the industry.
I came here just to say that during a "migration" of their services my blogs were down for more than 24 hours and if I did not find another host it would have been down for more than 48 hours. Very unprofessional to let it down for so long, it appears there is just a single person doing the support. If your website is not updated daily this hosting is for you, very fast, litespeed. But if you need support right away just go away.
If you want to keep this host make sure to do backups daily.

If you want a web host with humans actually caring about your websites and not just passing the ball between support agents with no notes and outsourced in India or elsewhere go with Setra Host. I am not disappointed so far, I have a reseller plan, the migration of 14 sites took around 4-5 hours, everything is really FAST.
