Setra has been a great and affordable hosting provider to our new company. We wanted an easy to use service for our email and website and setra has delivered so far with easy to use services and a fast setup process. Although a major data center outage in Texas took many hosting providers including setra unexpectedly off-line, they provided timely updates on twitter and email, and restored service as quick as possible. That’s what we appreciate the most from setra, communication, and service. Their tech support responds promptly too and helped me fix a simple issue.
Damon worked with me on some difficult issues and was extremely responsive on questions and got the problems solved. I really appreciate him. This client is the first one I've recommended setrahost for and is my first experience with setrahost and I'm glad to see setrahost really step up and get my site going. With this positive experience I can refer new clients to this hosting with confidence.

Setrahost has been so amazing, and it's been a breath of fresh air. I was with Bluehost for years and only had problem after problem with them. All of my websites were hacked and they tried made me pay a massive amount of money to clean everything. Setrahost did it all for free, and have been so good to work with since. I was with my last hosting company for 20 years and their support was abysmal but hackers had trashed the files in my account and I knew switching would be difficult. But after some minor login issues were quickly solved by Setrahost support, everything has been smooth with no problems at all.

Setra Host is SO helpful! I had Bluehost, and during my last stint with them I had many issues and had to contact their support 5 times and didn't get any help from them. My site would crash for days with no avail. The last person I talked to on Bluehost even said that my site had some serious issues they couldn't solve (and it took them 30 minutes), and that they had to take my request to a higher up case. So after my complaining about them on Twitter/X, Setra Host found me, swooped me in and saved my site! They were incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive, and they said that there were no "issues" that Bluehost spoke of. They were able to migrate my site within a few hours, and now it's faster than ever! Whenever I see someone complain about Bluehost, I immediately tell them to move over to Setra Host instead! I can't recommend them enough!!!
Before switching to SetraHost, I was with Bluehost for a number of years and that was a hot mess! I made the switch to SetraHost almost a year ago and support has been fantastic! The migration of my website was extremely smooth and I faced minimal downtime, barely any! If there are any issues, SetraHost support posts regularly to keep their customers informed. Honest communication--that makes all the difference. Plus, their rates are extremely fair. Can't thank them enough!

I decided to switch to SetraHost because I needed a provider that didn't restrict their users from accessing things. SetraHost has been fast and I've been able to easily access the services I need.
My welcome email included everything I needed to get set up quickly, and breeze through setting up my reseller plan since I manage multiple websites.
I haven't needed support for anything, but I have asked a couple of questions about potential upgrades, and I always receive a reply within minutes.
Pricing is excellent as well for what you get. I can highly recommend this host because they care more about their customers than the big name hosts where you're just a client #.

Just spent the evening transferring all my domains over. SetraHost is the place they will call their forever home. They have phenomenal support. They answered all my questions, showed me directly where to process it, walked me through the tough part. I'm so happy to have my websites on SetraHost. I know they are in great hands.

What had been a great experience has not tanked. Reliability issue, downtimes in the evening (even though they don't last long) and the absence of customer support.
As mentioned on Reddit and other places I'm not beginning to think it's 1 guy with 1 server. Since I signed up, I ONLY get replies from Damon. Now when you open a support ticket, they go unanswered or even read for 3 DAYS. I was just following up on a ticket, hence the feeling to edit my review.

It has now been a full 4 months since switching from HostGator over to SetraHost. Saying this is the best move I've made would be an understatement. My main goal was finding a non-EIG owned hosting company. SetraHost reached out via twitter after complaining about HostGator.
I'm currently hosting between 6-9 WordPress sites with SetraHost and so far I'm very happy. I was not too sure about switching over primarily because they do not have a support phone number you can call in but just a portal to submit tickets, a support email or chat feature.
There was an extended downtime for 1 day (about a total of 3 hours) but beside that no hiccups. I am stumped as it appears the same person Damon, hello Damon is the only person handling all my support tickets. Who knows, maybe behind the curtain it's Damon trying to build a new company and host provider and so far he's doing a great job.
I had considered going with nixihost which has great reviews and is actually located in the same city I am. The decision to go with SetraHost was based on most other host having inode limits for cPanel accounts. Mine is over 300,000 for all my hosted content so a more expensive dedicated plan is required with most other providers but SetraHost has no inode limit.

Setra Hosting made my page load faster than it did when using blue host top shared hosting plan! Crazy! Their customer support is amazing so far! They are really knowledgable and kind.
Update: Their Customer Support Speed is slower than bluehost. They have a ticket based system instead of live support. Just be aware incase you need fast support.

The prices seemed great and I liked everything I read, but I had some concerns about the migration process. Namely, how long it would take and if my site would go offline during the process.
SetraHost was super patient, answered all my questions, and didn't pressure me into anything. When I decided to make the move it was after 10 p.m. but they were able to migrate my site within an hour the same night! Not only that but they communicated with me via Twitter DM throughout the entire process to let me know what was going on.
It was seamless. My site never went down and hasn't since, fingers crossed. It's also faster than it was with BlueHost, and I'm paying half as much.
