SEUR is the worst delivery company in Spain - fake delivery attempts

SEUR is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with in Spain. Two tire shipments were never delivered, yet their website showed false “delivered” statuses.

No calls, no messages, no real delivery attempts. I was at home all day, but SEUR simply marked deliveries as completed. Customer support gives contradictory information and takes no responsibility.

Because of SEUR, I lost time, money, and couldn’t pass a mandatory vehicle inspection. This company works against customers, not for them.

Avoid SEUR at all costs.

Warning: SCAMMER deliveries & fraudulent company

SEUR in Spain is a fraudulent NON-delivery company. They never drop off the parcels, don´t deliver, can´t be reached for customer service, send fake text messages, and steal the parcels. Notified customers never get the parcels at the drop-off point, and good luck with getting your money back from AMAZON if you ordered via the AMAZON marketplace. Identical happens with TEMU!!!!

Zero reliability

They cannot be treated as professionals at any level. Customer service is non-existent, reliability in pickup and delivery dates is terrible, and there are no possible solutions for a two-week delay. Thanks to SEUR, my company has lost thousands of euros due to schedule changes caused by delays in the delivery of a package.

AGAIN SEUR didn't deliver

AGAIN, didn't SEUR deliver. 

I still haven't got my parcel, I don't even know where it is.

They had a lame excuse that they can't access the location.

But the correo post, DHL, Amazon and many others can deliver to me.

Too bad.

Where is my parcel?

horrible shipping company

I’d love to be able to give a 0 star review. i ordered something from vinted and selected a pick up spot that supposedly doesn’t exist. This wasn’t SEUR’s fault of course but the way they have been handling it is super infuriating. they changed the pick up spot somewhere 30 minutes away from me without notifying me, i had to find out myself through the lola help bot. i have been trying to contact them for the past week and all they say is that they can’t change the pick up point anymore or completely ignoring my questions. on top of that. i was supposed to receive my package 2 weeks ago and i still haven’t gotten it.

If only Zero stars was an option.

I’m disappointed that I have to give 1 star, they absolutely deserve zero stars.
They make up stories about delivery attempted and address doesn’t exist.
When you try to engage with their customer services they ignore and don’t reply.
This company deserves to go out of business.
My advice is whenever you can turn use alternative delivery companies.

They were supposed to deliver a package today between 13:15 and 14:15, ive been at home with my family the whole day, they didn't do a single try, and they changed the status to absent. When i call, they solution they offer is to go and pickup the package in another city, 20-30 min away in car.....

SEUR failure to deliver packages bougt through Zalando.es

My daughter bought Christmas presents from Zalando.es and had it sent to our address- she got a message that it was delivered with SEUR.
We NEVER received the package. She made a disclaimer to Zalando , but received a message that SEUR delivery man had put the package at our back door. NO package !!! Should we not sign for a received package ??
My son has also bought his Christmas presents through Zalando.es ,SEUR delivery company. He has also received message that package had been delivered- Again NO package in sight.
What exactly is SEUR doing with our orders ?
Two incidents the very same week !!
Outrageous.

Package thrown over our 6ft tall gate…

Package thrown over our 6ft tall gate whilst we were away from home for a couple of days. Whilst we were away it rained. We came home to a soggy sad mess of a box.....

It was a Christmas present for us from a family member. I had to open it now to ensure the contents were ok. Luckily they were.

Contacted Seur via their website. I identified myself as the recipient and filled out a complaint. It took a while because I wanted to get the text just right, then sent it off. I immediately received a reply stating that my complaint had been "dismissed" as I was not the sender!

Why did the system let me enter the complaint if the receiver was not permitted to make one?

Untrustworthy Seur

Lidl sent an online order by Seur. Driver said he cant find my address. He had delivered to my address before, so he had lied. I came across the driver at parcel shop and called him a liar to his face. Today I got another email address underivable, I guess I will have contact Seur senior management to get a result

Redeemed through FaceBook

We were informed our package couldn’t be delivered because of an insufficient address, however, we saw the van drive off without making an attempt to make contact. I got no response from their contact form, but upon going through Facebook Messenger I received amazing customer service from Emma, Gemma and Eva who were able to rearrange another delivery time and kept in touch until we received our parcel - a fantastic service which I was very thankful for. Muhammad the delivery driver was lovely to deal with and apologised for his error.

Entrega fallida, “punto más cercano” a 30 km y atención inexistente

SEUR debía entregar el carrito de mi bebé en una tienda junto a mi casa (Barcelona 08006). Intentaron la entrega 10 minutos antes de las 10:00, cuando la tienda abre a las 10:00. Llamé y un agente aseguró que reintentarían la entrega. Una semana después, el contestador dice que el paquete está en El Prat de Llobregat (ni siquiera Barcelona). He llamado unas 5 veces al día y, al introducir el número de seguimiento, repiten lo de El Prat y me cuelgan. Estoy de 9 meses embarazada y no tengo coche.
Para colmo, intenté cambiar la dirección a un punto más cercano y me dicen que “ese es el más cercano”, ¡a 30 km! Ir y volver en taxi son unos 75 €, una locura. Solo pido que entreguen en el punto acordado o me den una solución real e inmediata.

SEUR was supposed to deliver my baby pram to a shop next to my home (Barcelona 08006). They attempted delivery 10 minutes before 10:00 a.m., when the shop opens. I called and an agent said they would re-attempt. A week later, the automated system says my parcel is in El Prat de Llobregat (not even Barcelona). I’ve been calling about 5 times a day; as soon as I enter the tracking number it repeats “El Prat” and the call drops. I’m 9 months pregnant and don’t have a car.
To make it worse, I tried to change the delivery to a closer pickup point and was told “that’s the nearest”—30 km away! A round-trip taxi is about €75, which is absurd. I just want delivery to the agreed location or a real, immediate solution.

Back to the future

Now it’s 9.35am but the delivery was not succeeded because they tried at 10.37am. Even if now they can also travel to the future, they can still remain the worse delivery company of all time. Not bad!!

Let down again

Message from them stating delivery on hold as address not sufficient.....joke and total false as every other delivery company can find us and we are clearly identified on Sat Nav/GPS. Informed Amazon who are the sellers, hopefully dispense with their pathetic, (was going to print service) but don't think that word relates to them!!!! Still waiting 😡😡😡

Not even trying

They couldnt deliver the package saying the address is wrong. Yet all other companies have no problems with this address. They put the package in a pickup point, but not the closest one. And the worst - they haven't sent a single email informing about redirection, problems with delivery etc

Package lost, zero accountability, dishonest handling – beware SEUR

I am extremely disappointed with SEUR and strongly advise avoiding their services. They were the assigned courier (via ParcelABC) for my shipment REC000060940386, containing a Christian Dior wallet worth €120, sent from Spain to France. The package was collected on April 28, 2025, but the tracking stopped on April 30 and it never arrived.

Over a month later, SEUR has still failed to explain where my package went, provide a concrete update, or take responsibility. Their silence and lack of transparency suggest gross negligence at best — and outright theft at worst.

Meanwhile, both SEUR and ParcelABC have refused to compensate even the basic €25 insurance, despite their obligations. Instead, they play blame games and leave the customer abandoned with no recourse. Want to give -100 points for the rating but there is not such option so just chose 1 star.

⚠️ If you value your items, do not entrust them to SEUR. Their service is unprofessional, irresponsible, and dismissive of customer rights. What happened to my package should serve as a serious warning to others.

Estoy muy decepcionado con SEUR y recomiendo encarecidamente evitar sus servicios. Fueron el mensajero asignado (a través de ParcelABC) para mi envío REC000060940386, que contenía una cartera de Christian Dior valorada en 120 €, enviada desde España a Francia. El paquete se recogió el 28 de abril de 2025, pero el seguimiento se detuvo el 30 de abril y nunca llegó.

Más de un mes después, SEUR sigue sin explicar adónde fue mi paquete, ni proporcionar ninguna actualización concreta, ni asumir la responsabilidad. Su silencio y falta de transparencia sugieren, en el mejor de los casos, negligencia grave, y en el peor, robo descarado.

Mientras tanto, tanto SEUR como ParcelABC se han negado a compensar incluso el seguro básico de 25 €, a pesar de sus obligaciones. En cambio, culpan a los demás y dejan al cliente abandonado sin posibilidad de recurso.

⚠️ Si valora sus artículos, no los confíe a SEUR. Su servicio es poco profesional, irresponsable y desdeña los derechos del cliente. Lo que le pasó a mi paquete debería servir como una seria advertencia para los demás.

Close this company for good,
They have to be the workds worst company,bone idle, useless,don't know use a phone or email customers.
Avoid any company that uses this courier if they can't stipulate who is delivering your order as it might be Seur,Oh no it won't be because they don't deliver,avoid them like the plague
