Initially i bought a titanium band and a few magnetic silicone loop which were all brilliant (quick shipping etc). Next I unfortunately bought a vintage leather band (#98560). This was stiff, poorly finished and cheap at best. When i contacted hoping to exchange despite multiple emails I have heard nothing. I used to buy (and recommend) for family and friends but not anymore.

I always appreciate companies with innovative products, and Sauer is certainly one of them. I have been looking for a minimal case for my iPhone, and I found it here. It is a very nice product and very well-designed. On top of that, the customer service is excellent. They provide quick responses, and I received a resolution with just a single communication.

You might ask, 'If the product is so great, why did you need to contact customer service?' That is because I accidentally selected the wrong color, and they stood by their word to ensure I received the right one.

Without instructions I cut too much off the band. Contacted Secure and they were more than forthcoming with a replacement strap - couldn't ask for more. I have purchased a number of straps over the years - this one is by far the best I have used. They have a video I wasn't aware of - I'd suggest watching that before cutting!

I ordered an Apple Watch wristband from this website (200€). Delivery took around two weeks, which was acceptable, and the quality of the product itself was actually quite decent. However, the size was not what I expected, so I decided to return it. I contacted customer service by email, and at first they replied quite quickly. They tried to solve the issue by offering me another product or asking me to choose something different. But after I insisted on returning the item, communication slowed down. A few days later, I finally received a return address in China.
There was no return barcode, no prepaid label, and no proper return process — I was expected to ship it back myself and pay the postage. I noticed that other customers here mentioned the same issue: once you send the product back, the return is apparently never confirmed, and you may never receive your refund.

So, in my opinion, buying from this website feels like a one-way ticket, even though they mention 30-Days return policy. If you are satisfied with the product, maybe everything is fine. But if you need to return something, it becomes very difficult and risky.

I agree with other reviews mentioning poor tracking information, fast initial customer service, and a very problematic refund process. In the end, I will probably just keep the product rather than risk paying more for return shipping and possibly never seeing my money again.

Great case! Sturdy, low profile, protected phone great with big drops! Frame bent with one drop and they replaced it for free! Highly recommend, quick customer service response and resolution!

I absolutely love my Apple Watch strap, so much so that I purchased another strap. There is nothing wrong with the strap apart from I ordered the incorrect colour. I contacted customer services and the problem was rectified immediately. I am so impressed and will definitely use Seure again.

I have ordered several iwatch and Garmin bands love them all, great quality and amazing selection. The one time that a band wasn't exactly what I thought it would be, I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and let me choose a different style at no charge and I didn't even have to ship it back! Amazing, excellent!

This watch band is JUNK! The black coating on the clasp is scratched and coming off. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I had a problem with my Apple iPhone holder. The product is beautiful, the blue matches my blue phone identically, and the quality is nothing short of fantastic. The only problem was a small one in that the phone sometimes did not receive as well as it did without the phone case. I emailed the company, and expressed my thoughts. They have made adjustments to the product and to my satisfaction in a very big way! I will absolutely buy products from them again and often for both me and my wife, who also loves their products. Thank you for being so responsive.

Love my Seure iPhone case!

This case is so innocuous it barely looks like a case at all. The thin metal surround allows you to enjoy the form factor of the iPhone without a big chunky rubbery case around it. I had an issue with the clasp and the Support crew were so good and shipped me a replacement free! Woohoo!

Website should state how LONG the band is as I can’t tighten any more without excess overlap have a small wrist. Waiting for 2nd band to come as I think ordered wrong size on the first one. Love the magnetic!!!

I purchased a band that cost $140 and the quality is low for this price. I asked for a return and they are not providing a secure return. You can to sent it back by yourself, to China, and they give you and address that is a rare address. Now the Courier says that the package has arrived but nobody is receiving the package and they don't answer and they don't refund my purchase.

I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro edge patrol metal case from this company, and the product is amazing. In fact, I drop my new iPhone twice on very hard surface and can say that if it wasn't for this case, my phone would be dead.
