Fantastic customer support service - I ordered the wrong bands (beautiful but with wrong attachment) and Seure team quickly prepared replacement customized bands for my forerun 245 Garmin. Wonderful team and products.

Latch is floppy and not secure. Often comes undone and case slips off. Poor build. Poor quality for price.

Still no response from custer servic after 4 days!!

Love the strap. It is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this company. I just ordered one for my wife.

I bought a GEMINI Wave Titanium Band. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a bit short. I can wear it, but it is very tight and, as a result, not that comfortable. I asked Seure CS if I could buy an extra link (or two) so that I could use the band without worrying about it cutting my circulation. They got back to me without any delay, offering the extra links free of charge.

I ordered a watch band for my iwatch and I was very happy with the band, but unfortunately the buckle had some sharp edges that I decided to return it. However, the support team was very supportive and helpful, they asked me to choose another band with free of charge and only pay for the shipping cost. They let me keep the other band I didn’t have to return it. Nice customer service. Thanks

Don’t buy from this company .
My case Blocked the navigation complete,so i can’t use it . After contact the company you can’t send it back . The only way is to choose another item . They don’t give you’re money back .
It doesn't seem like I'm the only one with this problem with a brand-new iPhone 17 pro, but that's what they told me. You're getting screwed right before your eyes.

I ordered the wrong color on my magnetic Apple Watch band. Seure let me keep the band they originally sent. I paid a small amount for them to ship the band I wanted. I appreciated their kindness when it was my error. I love the feel and clasp on the new band.

Lost my watch!
Absolutely rubbish watch strap which I tried to return 7 days after receiving it so in hindsight I should of thrown it in the bin.. now I’ve lost my watch so SEURE will you replace my watch because your strap has failed? 😠

Love their magnetic straps. Very durable, doesn’t slide or gets loose, safe to go running and cycling with. Very stylish, and love its sophisticated look. I just had to get my wife her own, but when I accidentally ordered the wrong color band, I reached out to them to see if they could replace it with the color I wanted. They offered to send me the color I wanted for free, but just pay shipping, and to hang on to the other. I was fine with the this, since the band was coming oversees, well worth the shipping. I highly recommend their product.

This is a really classy watch strap for the fraction of the price it should probably cost. It is really well made and I am so pleased with how it looks. Makes my Apple Ultra watch stand out. Excellent service too.

The strap took over a month to arrive. It didn’t fit very well securely in the watch and the magnetic clasp seemed a bit flimsy so I decided to return. After about 3 attempts by the support team to get me to keep it and provide evidence of the issues the finally relented. If you want to return to China it will cost you £10 or more to return and the duty declaration is $5 giving you an idea of how much it costs to make. I won’t be buying from this company again.

First, I love the watch bands. I now have two for my Apple Watch Ultra 2. I use it for running and other workouts and wearing out and around. Very nice. And the customer service is awesomely. I needed a shorter band for my recent purchase. I emailed customer service and a real person answered in less than a day. In less than two days a smaller band is on the way and im only paying a minimal shipping charge ($6.00). I’m super happy.

Absolutely love it, It looks stylish, cool, and feels very premium. The quality is excellent, and it makes my Apple Watch look Epic!

I ordered 2 leather bands & a sport band and found that my wrist is not big enough for the leather bands. The quality of the products are great, so I was really disappointed to not be able to wear the leather bands. When I contacted customer service, they replied very quickly and offered to replace them without me having to return the leather bands. I love the sport band and look forward to the arrival of my replacement bands. Thank you Seure.

Ordered the Magcase Metal for my orange iPhone 17 Pro. Fast delivery and ready beautiful case. The color matches 100% and I get a lot of questions and compliments about the case. Also, customer aupport is top, had a small issue but that was solved immediately and replaced. Trust me, quality and support are great, can’t be more satisfied.

Returning Customer. The reason for my return is mainly the product quality/ price. However, this time I needed to get in touch with customer support to change my order, my message was sent during the weekend, and I did get my reply on Monday morning, They were accommodating, and allowed me to order a (slightly) more expensive product for the same price. Recommend for sure!

Lost watch

I bought a Fearless Silicone Magnetic Band For Apple Watch the magnets are not strong at all, I went for a dip on the ocean.and lost the watch.

My £390 Apple Watch is now at the bottom of the Indian Ocean in the Maldives… great!

I’m not sure these straps are fit for purpose and I’d advoid.
