Cheaper machines than anywhere else I looked and same day dispatch, delivered by DPD the next day. Fantastic service!
Not so impressed with DPD just knocking and leaving on the doorstep. I know it says doorstep delivery but they could wait for an answer so it is safely received.

Excellent customer service
Sewing Machines Direct was the first company I went to to buy a machine for my daughter who is doing A-Level textiles. I have bought a machine from them before and was impressed by the customer service, price and speed of delivery. This time they helped us narrow down our choices, advised on suitability and threw in a free foot for free motion embroidery. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a really smooth experience with Sewing Machines Direct from start to finish.
They have a great range of machines to choose from, all at competitive prices. The customer support team was fantastic and helped me choose the best machine for my needs without any pressure.
Delivery was fast, and my machine arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition.
What has impressed me the most is their after-sales service. It's been absolutely amazing, and it's clear they genuinely care about their customers even after the purchase.
