Highly Recommended
I had my first brother innovis from Sewing Machines Direct 23 years ago! It had just one repair 10 years ago but it finally gave up on me last year. I had been using another mechanical machine since but there is nothing like a computerised one. The offer on the A60 is excellent value . It is a superb machine . The free sewing thread and scissors set are a really generous bonus.

A lovely experience
Russell was extremely helpful on the phone with me at 5:30pm on a Friday. He helped me change my thoughts on which model to buy based on my needs. Also very friendly.

I ordered an ex-demonstration machine on-line as a gift for my grandson. The order was placed after business hours but the machine was dispatched early the next day and delivered the following day. Everything was in it's original packaging with full instructions. We are absolutely delighted.

Bent needle
Delivery was great. Customer service brilliant when contacted about accessory bundle.
Only problem was the needle inserted in machine was bent and took me ages to realise why it wouldn’t go down into the bobbin.

Right from the start the communication…
Right from the start the communication with this company was great. I emailed with an enquiry and got a prompt reply from Russell, the Director. I followed this up with a phone call and Russell answered all my questions. I placed an order and my sewing machine was delivered the next day. What great service!
Nice to ring up and have a person reply instead of pressing endless buttons and joining endless queues.

Excellent company and machine
I was looking for a sewing/quilting machine. I had been doing some research and narrowed my choices. I then stumbled on a Brother machine that had the same spec. I rang Sewing Machines Direct and they answered all my questions re the machine. I placed my order with them online. As promised the machine was dispatched the same day and delivered the following day. I'm very happy with the company, knowledge, reassurance, warranty and product provided. Would definitely recommend to others based on my personal experience.

Very happy with SMD
I ordered an overlocker. Great deal, came with a free carry holdall for it as well. From ordering to delivery it was quick. The machine was very securely packaged abd a bonus, it was already threaded! Very happy with SMD.

Love this company and the way I was treated
Love this company and the way I was treated. I spoke to Russell over the phone, as I had put wrong information in the order form, he sorted this out super quick and my order was made. It even got delivered the very next day.
I will recommend this company to my sewing friends without hesitation. Love my new machine.
