Ich habe bei Sustainable Future Brokers eine PV‑Anlage (HVM + 22,1 kWh Speicher) sowie einen Fronius Wechselrichter gekauft und bin rundum begeistert.
Direkt nach der Bestellung wurde ich von Peter (Firmeninhaber) persönlich kontaktiert und darüber informiert, dass alles korrekt aufgenommen wurde. Bei Fragen war er jederzeit erreichbar – egal ob per WhatsApp oder telefonisch.
Gerade bei so hohen Investitionen ist man anfangs etwas nervös, vor allem wenn man einen neuen Online‑Anbieter ausprobiert. Diese Sorgen waren hier aber völlig unbegründet. Einen besseren Kundenservice habe ich bisher nicht erlebt.
Sollte ich in Zukunft weiteren Bedarf im PV‑Bereich haben, werde ich definitiv wieder bei Sustainable Future Brokers bestellen.

28.11.2025 Erstkontakt per Mail - super! Mail wurde sofort beantwortet und eine Lösung vorgeschlagen. Ware bestellt - Lieferzeit 5-7 Tage ... Update folgt ...

Eine Anfrage bzgl. Lieferzeit wurde nicht beantwortet. Die Ware kam aber am nächsten Tag, am 05.12.25, also eine Woche nach der Bestellung. Bis auf ein Mail das nicht beantwortet wurde ist alles okay!
