After failing to receive an order due to a shipping address error I decided to cancel my order. Silver gold bull hasn't refunded me and its been 2 weeks with no update or progress. I wouldn't do buissness with them again. Buyer beware

Customer Service was good but issue to resolve errors made in shipping, address truncated were difficult to fix between silver gold and UPS resulting in delay of product returning a d my paying additional reshipping charges. Total time to re ie e both shipment 4 us weeks and multiple calls

I give them 1 star rating on their buyback of some of my metals. Firstly, there was some communication issues on my order which required several email and phone calls to get it corrected on the buyback. If I were to make an assumption I would say it relates to the enunciation of the English language. However, emails should have clarified it all. Secondly, a timely deposit into my account wasn't as timely as presented. Matter of fact, I'm still waiting on that deposit today, which should have taken place but has not yet. We'll see if that happens. My advice, start recording the buyback transactions to eliminate confusion, something that is s not currently being done. As for purchasing through them, I have had no problems and the pricing is good. I don't know if that's attributed to the company getting your money versus paying out their money. Just saying, but I might consider future purchases depending on how things resolve themselves......so, now that the end of the day is here with no deposit, I called and spoke with them and am now being told it will be another 24-48 hours to be deposited. They promote themselves as to a quick turn around on verification of buybacks with deposits hitting your account within 48 hours. Mine is taking more than 4 days or 96 hours. Seems there's a huge disconnect with what they promote on their buyback verses actual reality. I'll stop short of calling it an outright fabrication. Someone there has dropped the ball and no one wants to take responsibility. They just want to smooth talk you as if that's an acceptable response and move on about their business. Maybe it's a Canadian thing, but that bovine scatology doesn't fly hear in the U.S.A. Any one considering using them ought to consider who they're dealing with.
