Excellent delivery service. Time slot was between 6am - 9am and they arrived just after 6am. Very polite and took care with my order. I asked if they could put it in the garage which they did without any issues. Very helpful.

Unfortunately the delivery was not good service. This was for my grandmother and they left the carpet in downstairs in main entrance foyer. Despite delivering the underlay and other items inside the property on the 1st floor. This is dreadful service

Due to access and handling restrictions, carpet rolls cannot be bent or folded as this can permanently damage the product. For this reason, our delivery drivers are only able to take the carpet as far as it can be safely carried without risking damage. In this case, the roll was left in the main entrance foyer, while the smaller underlay and accessories, which can be carried upstairs without issue, were delivered to the first floor.
This information is outlined in the delivery Terms & Conditions on the retailer's website prior to purchase.

Arrived over 2 1/4 hours late
Arrived at 8.15pm it was planned from 3pm to 6pm. I tracked on line on day they had many stops between deliveries. I even spotted them 100mts up my road for 15 mins before turning up. Perhaps they are on overtime.

Great communication about the delivery and a text on the day to say they were 30 mins away. The two guys who delivered place the mattress upstairs and removed the old one. Really polite and helpful.
