The website lists a 1% commission for deposits using ERC20, but I actually paid 4% because they use different wallets, and they think I should also pay a network fee for transferring to their main wallet. All the profitable purchases on the website don't appear in my account, and every profitable transaction is canceled. Quick and transparent customer support
I sold an item on their website, took 8 days to get the balance registered due to steams policies. Then I withdrew the money to my bank account. The withdrawal email was a bit confusing and I almost thought they charged me for the amount rather than send it to me. But a quick email to support and it got all cleared up. They responded astoundingly quickly!

I sold my skins and couldn't withdraw the money I was wondering why. I saw that it can take up to 10 days so I waited and only after I contacted support they told me I can't withdraw money on my bank account that I used 2 years before to withdraw money. So all I could do with the money that was on the website was use it to buy skins instead of getting it. I would call it a scam or at least a huge issue they have.

Good site, and most importantly, reliable. Sometimes they have issues with withdrawals, as withdrawal methods constantly appear and disappear, but there’s always an alternative. I almost always withdraw with cryptocurrency and always receive it within 10 minutes.
