I never got my order. The customer service number has been disconnected. Nobody replies back to emails. This place is a scam. It’s ripping people off.

My wife ordered a bra from this company on March 10.2026 The shipment arrived March 27.2026. My wife ordered a 5x size Smoothing Comfort Wireless Jelly™ Bra Leopard Dark/5XL Your company shipped out a 4x size bra which does not fit. The only response we have received is a size chart link and a note stating that The right size is important and that for $10.00 you can ship to her. She ordered the correct size already and was shipped the incorrect size. We are not paying extra to get what we ordered that was shipped wrong. The last response we received was on March 28th.2026 .
Update April 10.2026.
Just received and email where they are offering a 25%refund. 25% refund on something they shipped wrong. What a joke this company is.

AGAIN... THE WANT MORE MONEY TO SHIP ANOTHER BRA...WOW WHAT A JOKE

I would have put no stars if I could. Customer service is not existing. I purchased bras THEY SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE to what I had ordered. They have then been emailing me saying if I want the size I ordered then I have to pay the shipping costs. This was not my error but there's. They have closed my complaint. Their emails They have returned to me is putting the blame back on me for ordering the wrong size. Please do not buy from this company you will loose out. I will be letting everyone I know not to buy from this company. They shouldn't be in business the way they treat customers.

The shape wear does Not hold in the fat. It's bulky and not cute at all. Very dissatisfied. The videos that I've watched couldn't have used this product.

The bras I ordered were nowhere near my size! I went by their sizing chart and ordered what should have been my size. The cups were possibly a B size whereas I ordered a D cup. Upon contacting them, I was told they do not give refunds! What a scam! The bras came from China and that was not transparent. Had I known that I never would have ordered!

Sent wrong size and also very bad quality. Don’t answer emails . Don’t trust this site. Got scammed twice , thought would give them a second try . But never again . Just spent more money without any better service or product. Just a scam wish I could of given -5 for my score

I’ve ordered over a month ago, according to the tracking the order was not even shipped and customer service doesn’t respond - they wrote after 3 days they are doing everything possible. Ha ha a month delay and they call it everything possible…
Maybe they went bankrupt or it’s a scam.

I wanted to give it "0" stars, but I had to choose at least one to write the review. DO NOT order from this company! IT IS A RIPOFF AND SCAM! The bra is terrible and doesn't fit properly, therefore I didn't want to order a different size but wanted a full refund! It states on their website that if it is still in new condition and has all the tags & packaging, they would issue a full refund...BUT, THEY ARE NOT GOING TO! I AM BEYOND MAD!

Scam. Product is not at all like the advertisements. Literally a flimsy thin bra if you can even call it that, no jelly in sight like the videos. And they are tiny. Horrible

One star is too many, I got my $52 bra today. It is flimsy cheap material I could’ve got better at Kmart for $10 very disappointed 😞

Wow I really wish I would have researched this company before attempting to give them ANY of my hard earned money because now not only do I have the wrong item and they’re not willing to send me the right item but now they tell me they don’t offer refunds…..??!! Tell me what kind of company does that? Seems to me they knew way before I even ordered they were a cfao company and they just have to send the wrong items to people and then tell you they can’t do anything about it and after that continue to not respond back. This company is an absolute JOKE and a SCAM!!!! DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE unless you just plan on throwing all your well earned money away for something you can’t even fit! FYI I ordered leggings that were supposed to be sized large and they sent me small as well as the wrong size! So please if you want exactly what you ordered go elsewhere!! Also I may add it took almost a month to finally receive my wrong item and they proceeded to tell me they’re shipping times are between 5-10 days but yet they’re website states and I quote “ ALL OUR ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 2-3 DAYS!” Nothing but lies don’t trust this company!!!!!

sent the wrong size 3 times too small checked sizing before bought they are poor quality thread already coming lose and have never been put on. They refuse to allow me to return and get a refund. They openly lie on their website. Poor Quality wrong sizing and will keep your money. I spend over $100 and got scammed

Complete scam, bought the largest cup size waited a month for product to arrive Cups would be big enough to fit a small apple and so close together making me think the manufacturers have never seen an actual woman in real life. I cannot get my money back I've been offered a different size (I would have to pay extra postage) however the only sizes available are smaller. Absolute joke and very upset.

I ordered two bras from Shapedly and unfortunately I am very disappointed.
First of all, the sizing is completely inaccurate. I ordered size 4XL, but the bras I received were extremely small ( closer to an A-cup) and did not even come close to covering my breasts. The products have absolutely nothing in common with what is shown in the social media videos, which in my opinion create a very misleading impression.
Secondly, the customer service was not helpful. When I asked about returning the items, I was only offered the option to receive a larger size for an additional €9.95. Since the largest available size (6XL) would most likely not fit either, I declined this offer and instead asked them to explain the return procedure for the unworn items. I did not receive any response to that request, nor to two further emails I sent afterwards.
Overall, I feel misled by the advertising and let down by the customer service. In hindsight, I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews instead of trusting the promotional videos.
I cannot recommend this shop.

The images on the website are no match to what I received. On sale I bought 3 bras for $60+ but what I got looks and feel like they are from Dollar Tree. The sim are not stitched and they are very light and cups are like xxx small. I requested for a return but they said they will exchange the items but asked me to pay for the shipping which is like another $24. This sounded like a fake company. I do not want to pay anything extra when I’m already scammed. Please buy branded wear. I clicked on this website from YouTube and I’m scammed. It’s all fake.

This company is a scam. Sizing is a joke - I wear 42DD normally, which their size chart says is 3X. The bras I received are 3X but they're so tiny, I'd be surprised if they fit someone who wears 36C. I contacted their customer support, who offered to ship a bigger size if I pay an additional $15.99. But the bras are so small, even sizing up to the biggest size they have (4X) they would not fit. So I asked for return shipping information to send them back for a refund. No response. Just silence. Bottom line: DO NOT BUY SHAPEDLY BRAS.

I ordered the Smoothing Comfort Wireless Jelly and Airlift Everyday Comfort Wireless Shaping bras. First it took month for them to arrive and when they did the jelly bra was not as advertised. It had thin straps, I ordered a large and it was more like a xsmall. I couldn't get it on. The airlift I also ordered a large and it was huge. As I bought them on sale I could not return them. They wanted me to pay the shipping costs so they could send me new ones but the quality was so bad that I didn't want to spend anymore money on these. They are badly made.

I ordered 1 bra and 1 girdle . They were absolutely terrible quality. I tried numerous times to to contact them about returning them without success in the end I just put them in the dustbin so plz plz plz don’t order from these people after seeing a the good advertisement I thought they looked great .it’s just a scam you can get better quality about the same price from these people after original metro Brazilian.
