The server service was fantastic
The server service was fantastic, compared to another I used before I had no issues. The FAQ on the side answered questions I had and in minutes I had my server running. The support team also gave me a discount randomly which was very kind of them!

Server panel issue resolved by *Jay B*
My problem pertained to the server panel (RCON commands) for the server to set a proper schedule at a 6-hour interval for a quick restart, with a warning message before the restart happens. (I'm not so good with server settings, so maybe I messed something up) But all thanks to *Jay B.*, everything was set up properly, and he even compensated me with a 3-week extension for my subscription for free for the very late response/help on their end due to backlogs. If you are wondering why I still gave a 5-star review even with the late help. It was all thanks to *Jay B.* for making me feel not dumb and being patient with me while fixing my problem. Kudos to your team, Shockbyte; keep it up!

Great support and communication from Tom!
We had an issue where our Palworld server was unexpectedly lost, but Tom was very helpful, responsive, and managed to get everything restored for us.
Unfortunately, the restored server was rolled back quite far, so we did lose a significant amount of progress, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. That said, I'm very happy with the support I received and appreciate the effort Tom put into getting our server back.

Servers are horrible to download your world, server will go on ecomode, so the host has to manually start it up.

Best gaming server service
I’ve used your service many times and I absoutly love it! I mainly use Minecraft servers and there’s no lag at all when I use your service. I’d highly recommend you to all my friends and anyone looking to start back up any game they love. Also Maddie is awesome and hope she stays on the team! Great server assistance
Jay B. was extremely helpful in getting my Left 4 Dead 2 server up and running, even going so far as to provide me with free server maintenance services to get sourcemod and metamod installed. They acted in a professional and friendly manner and were able to get my server back up and running quickly and efficiently.
Getting a response took a while due to a backlog of responses which is understandable. Otherwise I've got no complaints.
