Unfortunately my experience which shockbyte has been terrible from the beginning. Initially purchased a server advertised as in stock and didn’t become available until a few weeks later. Played perfectly for a week and then the server would crash due to memory leaks. Initially once or twice a day but soon turned into every 20 minutes when there were 8-10 players on. Raised it with customer support and initially told will be sorted soon and later support replies were delayed and stopped replying all together. For a brand that advertises great service, not responding to an issue that makes your server unplayable for over a week is pretty poor service and I certainly didn’t feel valued as a customer. Effectively wasted $150 for disappointment. Would never rent a server from here again.

It took less than a week for the support team to fully restore my old server and place it in a new instance, the support is helpful.

Great customer service - once the issue got addressed
There was an issue with a backup file on one of my server instances. This caused various issues but Tom Hancock was on hand to help and was very thoughtful in his approach and responses.
We eventually got it all working.
The only downside was the time it took to get the issue addressed at first, but once Tom was on the case it progressed very quickly!
