I initially gave them a one star. But I can say they have worked hard to fix the problem and have resolved my issue. They did it all in the same day. They really care about their reputation and will not hesitate to make sure you are well served. I give them 5 stars because most companies won’t go this far in order to fix a problem. Been with these guys for a long while now and i can't fault them.

Very fast servers, great UI for interacting with the server etc

When ever i have an issue they are quick and helpful even when an app on wordpress may be creating errors they offer to collaborate with the developers to sort out!

They did this with Shield app and was sorted very quickly as we were able to ascertain the cause.

I've been with a few hosting companies over the past 15 years but so far have to say these are the best by far. Very quick with help, writing replies without jargon (I'm not very technical), and smooth migration.

They offer unlimited and fast ssd storage,as well for bandwidth and always my website loading is a breeze.Only one time my service was down and they compensated me for that.

Shock Hosting has been my go-to for over three years, and I just signed up for another two. These guys are the real deal! Their service is top-notch, and I wouldn't dream of trusting my hosting needs to anyone else. If you want reliability and support that feels personal, Shock Hosting is the way to go. Highly recommend!

I had been with Siteground for years, but I have finally moved all of my sites over to these guys & the only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Brilliant service & support with a crazy low price.

I thought Speedypage and VPServers were the best until I tried this one. I moved all my backups to ShockHosting; they have better uptime, are fast, and are easy for customers to make payments and manage their websites. Most importantly, the price, performance, and location are amazingly reasonable! I regret not knowing about this hosting earlier. :(

Looks pretty good so far. Was looking for free speech friendly host and the support staff was understanding of my use case and so far the vps holds strong. Price is a bit on the pricier side, would've been nice if price was down by a dollar or 2. Otherwise an excellent service.

I've been with ShockHosting for years. I've NEVER had an issue. The customer service is amazing 10/10. They have grown a ton (I used to always reach out to the owner Ashton), and the customer service is still EXCELLENT. Very very helpful people!

ShockHosting is a very professional and friendly company that understands how to run a cloud service.

We have now been a customer for about six months and had great experience in how they handle customer support and abuse claims.

Prices are fair and the servers are very fast and high quality.

The only drawback is the low monthly traffic of 1 TB though. I wished there was a way to pay a bit extra to reactivate the server that has run out of monthly traffic, instead of having to wait until the end of the month.

Still deserves 5 star.

Signed up for a one month just to try. I had several sites at another hosting but they didn't do their job properly so I needed something better.
After some billing problems solved by Ashton, I have now decided to unify my three other hostings to this one. Service is fast and satisfying, server response times are great. I'm very satisfied and being a WHT member it's actually cheaper than what I had before.

I have been in the hosting business for more than 20 years. I went through thick and thin, virtual servers, dedicated servers, shared hosting, free hosting etc.

I am always looking for value and service as a matter of priority, my fist port of call is always webhostingtalk, I found Shock hosting through them and liked what I read. I proceeded to order a VPS and I was not disappointed. quite reliable and speedy, support is what you'd expect, and I paid for 3 years, I know, one might think it is a bit of a risk but it was the best value ever... and I used a credit card.

The VPS is very fast and the UK location was the clinching point.

The only snag is that I have had problems with the IP giving me problem sending emails to the Microsoft email pool. After trying to resolve the matter with the help of support and the unhelpful Microsoft support, it has been a losing battle. I had to host my emails service with someone else. So although I wanted to give them 5 stars, I really can't due to this IP blocking issue, it's not Shock Hosting fault but it is a pain...

Best Hosting company by far!!

I have been in the graphic design/web design field for over 15 years. I have tried every name brand hosting company, and Shock Hosting has had the best support and bang for your buck!

I would highly suggest you try them out, and if you do you will end up like me moving 100% of my websites over to Shock Hosting!
