I've been with them for two years now on Shared and Reseller plans, and never had a problem. Service is excellent, and customer support is superb. Always a friendly and prompt response. I think this is the first time in two decades that I am 100% satisfied with a hosting company. :)

Now it is more than 2 years with Shock Hosting, Honestly they are professional and they have quick response to any type of inquiries as well as the hosting performance which is very high.
I did an upgrade to my plan with Shock Hosting and will not replace them at all.

I've been using Shock Hosting for about 6 years now, and I've never been without an answer from the support area, they solve everything quickly the best support any company could have! If all companies were like this, it would be a better world.

Fast and cheap server, first-ever equipment with SSD, everyone should use it. I recommend and have no doubt that you are doing the best deal of your life!

Very fast and very friendly support. Prices are really as low as the can possibly be while still offering high quality hosting. Granted, I'm a fairly new customer, but so far, 5 stars.

ive used web hosting since about 1998/99 although my disabilities impact me a lot in this area, but i found shock hosting in web hosting talk last year sometime and ive never regretted it.
its been so simple and clear to use and im always recomending it to anyone i know.

fantastic loading times, reliable uptime you can relie on, cpanel and the softaculous script available to name but a few.

shock hosting sorted out the recent server issue so quickly that i bet a lot of people never even realised there was any downtime.

i will most definately be renewing for a second year.

The previous review for this company (that I just saw when I visited the company page on TrustPilot) used the words "accomodating" and "resourceful" - and I can definitely say that has been my experience with Shock Hosting as well. Whenever we have run into any issues, they have been able to either resolve them outright, or come up with innovative solutions to ultimately resolve them (while maintaining contact and working on the solution right away). I'm definitely very happy with Shock Hosting and would recommend them to others.

Signed up last week and from the get-go, the sales and support teams have both been very accommodating and extremely resourceful. I've been impressed with the speed of my website and super quick response times to support tickets! Also being a WHT member allowed me to get a special discount so all in all I'm very happy :)

Been using their service for the past 3 years. Their support is always timely, most I have waited for a response is 10 minutes. And they have managed to solve all of the issues I faced throughout this time period.

The servers are also fast with SSD. Highly recommend for those who are looking for quality hosting provider.

I've used a couple different services in the past but by far this is the best one to date. Any issues I've had have been dealt with quickly and with perfect result. Top notch customer service top notch company

Great company, currently hosting one of our websites and I have to say since its been with them it is running alot faster then where it was before, thanks guys keep up the good work :-)

I've been with ShockHosting for roughly 5 years now and I feel that i'm longer overdue a review of their services.

I've been using them mainly to host my client(s) community radio station, along with the odd VPS server and other site(s) here and there when needed.

Over those past 5 years, I don't think i've experienced one ounce of downtime and support has always been second to none.

Their prices have gone up this past year due to the cPanel inflation but is still just about within my pricing range thanks to the 50% discount they still provide and i'll hopefully purchase 2-3 more services in the upcoming weeks.

Here's to another 5 more years.
