I always believe to trust on big and famous hosting companies. After some issues with my previous hosting, I was offered to transfer to Shock hosting. Although I hesitated to do, I decided to try it. It's almost a year or may be more that I'm on them, I canceled my other plans on hosting companies and transferred everything including my domains to shock. Not only they offer low price, but also they are so supportive, respectful and patience. You can create as much as ticket or try to solve by online chat. They mostly don't soy "sorry, it's not possible", instead they always try to find a solution. They usually respond tickets in less than 4 hours.
Their flow is very easy, they approach very supportive and they include everything a hosting needs to have.
I wrote several bad reviews regarding some hosting plans, but, shock hosting, is one of the best out there. I would like to thank them here and I'm always a big fan of them. Keep going guys. You are the best.

For me this hosting company was very good solution regarding my requirements and all my business.

Moved in last week with these guys and they moved over my existing hosting accounts from my old VPS to their reseller environment.
They moved over my accounts in like 30 minutes, which was great work by them.

I choose the Amsterdam DC as it's closest to where I live and speeds and serverloads have been great so far.

Really, the support is amazing and fast. When needed, they explain everything. I'm so happy I chose Shock Hosting, after my last Webhosting closed their doors. The migration was excellent! Amazing quick service my package was almost set up instantly and the domain was active instantly also spoke to a guy called chris very helpfull. :)

So I came over to these guys after Arch closure, all I can say is fantastic. Got a great deal, went up to their unlimited plan as my Wife's Ecommerce site keeps growing.

Tickets I open for help are all answered the same day, all questions given clarity and understanding the way that they answer.

Overall 1000% better than Arch ever were and being in UK having a server here my site loads much faster!!
