Ridiculous! Not recommended at all!

Great suite of products, good discounts and delivery timing is all great. I love ShopApotheke.

I had an excellent experience with Shop Pharmacy. Their service is incredibly fast and impressive! They didn't charge any co-payment, and even though my medicine was €22, they gave me a discount and only charged €17.
​Before this, I tried ordering from another pharmacy by uploading my prescription, but they showed a receipt for the full amount with absolutely no discount. On top of that, they didn't even have the original medicine available. Shop Pharmacy is definitely the better choice, and I highly recommend them.

very late delivery and terrible service

I purchased on 02.03.2026, and after 4 days they said my order was too big so they wanted to cancel it. I asked for the full refund but they insisted only give me vouchers back, and it even took them 25 days to activate the new vouchers!

1.) Coupons resulting in a higher end price due to it gets not calculated with the (free) shipping costs.

2.) Red Points are a joke, cause you can't spend more than the value of your order and you lose them if you don't spend them within 1 year or make no order within 6 months.

I have noises or suggestions to say. Until now, everything goes well .

Unreliable delivery information
Before placing my order, the products appeared to be available with next-day delivery. I placed the order on 09.06 in the morning. However, I only received a clear delivery estimate three days later, and after that the delivery date kept changing every day.
The order is now expected to arrive on 16.06, one full week after ordering. If I had known this before placing the order, I would not have bought these products online.
For an online pharmacy, this kind of unclear and misleading delivery information is unacceptable. I find the service unreliable and would not order again.

Top choice Internet site for ordering medicine in Germany. I highly recommend. Order arrived very quick.

Hat super funktioniert

The serum I received was completely transparent and looked like water, which is not typical for this product.

I also noticed that another customer reported the same issue.

Customer service refused to offer a return, which is very disappointing for such an expensive product.

This has reduced my trust in the shop.

Their same-day delivery service is a complete joke! I bought a product from them, but they didn’t even bother to deliver it after two days. It’s ridiculous that they claim to offer a service they can’t even provide.

It's very unprofessional behavior for company, that they require payment after 2 months because their payments didn't work (via ApplePay) & there was no payment invoice in any email. I had to look back to see what it was all about, what I ordered. I couldn't find anything anywhere, so I can only guess what I'm paying for. What they do, when they knew it after 2 months?

Today I received my order! I want to give my positive review to this e shop. I had a very good experience! Fast delivery and the product absolutely fine!
I also want to add something, I cancelled the first order i placed after 1 hour, they accepted and they refunded my purchase price.
To sum up, i am totally satisfied

It came soon was very good and I didnt need tonpay for transport.

I ordered a lot of product ahead of the christmas break. The parcel could not be delivered and was supposed to be returned back to the sender.
We are Jan 12th and I still have not received the refund. The customer service did nothing to help me.
The amount is: 311,27 EUR.

Horrible service had to pay 200eur for a 50eur damaged product which they sent me a new product replacement but also paid me back which I missed and asked me on email spam to pay the amount back. Never sent a letter. Then k receive a BID notification which I directly settle with shopapotheke apart from the 50eur extra penalty fee! I spoke repeatedly to shopapotheke and after multiple reassurances that the problem will be solved, that 50eur is now 200eur charge for a damaged 50 eur product which they sent me a replacement and oddly paid me back on top. It’s their problem to have paid back not mine. Zero ownership. Won’t be ever shopping from them again. There are multiple other online shopping pharmacies . Save yourself tie trouble and go somewhere else
