Today I received my order! I want to give my positive review to this e shop. I had a very good experience! Fast delivery and the product absolutely fine!
I also want to add something, I cancelled the first order i placed after 1 hour, they accepted and they refunded my purchase price.
To sum up, i am totally satisfied

It came soon was very good and I didnt need tonpay for transport.

I ordered a lot of product ahead of the christmas break. The parcel could not be delivered and was supposed to be returned back to the sender.
We are Jan 12th and I still have not received the refund. The customer service did nothing to help me.
The amount is: 311,27 EUR.

Horrible service had to pay 200eur for a 50eur damaged product which they sent me a new product replacement but also paid me back which I missed and asked me on email spam to pay the amount back. Never sent a letter. Then k receive a BID notification which I directly settle with shopapotheke apart from the 50eur extra penalty fee! I spoke repeatedly to shopapotheke and after multiple reassurances that the problem will be solved, that 50eur is now 200eur charge for a damaged 50 eur product which they sent me a replacement and oddly paid me back on top. It’s their problem to have paid back not mine. Zero ownership. Won’t be ever shopping from them again. There are multiple other online shopping pharmacies . Save yourself tie trouble and go somewhere else

Great packaging, delivered on time.

Although the package was labeled as fragile, there was no protective cushioning inside. The items were loose inside the box, which increased the risk of damage.

SCAM

They are a scam company. They claim to have delivered my order, which never took place. Back and forth with customer support, and at some responses they claim they can't deliver to a DHL packstation, and on some other responses they claim they delivered the package actually at the DHL packstation address, just not in the packstation.

Really bad experience. My order did not arrive complete (items missing) and I supposedly received a voucher that I cannot find anywhere. It is a very bad designed website and the customer experience is not good.
I would really not recommend it. You try to find options that they offer you, then when you find them they absolutely do not work even though you followed the instructions correctly.

I ordered medicine worth €35, which never arrived—even after 5 days. Their delivery partner confirmed on 2nd days that it would not be delivered (package damaged), yet Shop Apotheke took three days and multiple follow-ups just to initiate a replacement. No proactive update, no immediate refund, and no sense of urgency—what if these medicines had been critical?

Customer service is equally disappointing: they don’t have staff who speak English on calls, and email replies avoid addressing the actual questions. Very frustrating experience. I will be using another pharmacy next time.

Shop Apotheke has become my go to provider for my pet food. A few times I chose a company that was slightly cheaper, but each time the package arrived with gaping holes and no filler to buffer the transportation effects. It also took a week to get my product. With Shop Apotheke I get an immediate confirmation, then the product ships in 1 day, and I get it a day later. Love their service. Definitely a 5 star company.

We made an order R14103581912 on 173.88 euro 14.05.2024 and paid it.
After a few days, for an unknown reason, they returned our payment.
I sent money again with exactly the same requisites. This payment was accepted and never returned.

The shop started sending emails and asking to pay 173.88 euros again.
We did send all confirmations that we paid for the order second time after the original paiment was returned for an unknown reason for us, but after that collection company from Coburg started to send mails with requirements to pay 267,53 euros (percentages, commissions etc.).
We did send all transactions from my bank account to them - nothing changed. They continue to blame us for not paying, and our "Shufa" will be bad, or they will go to court.

Now the court sent a requirement to pay 400+ euros!!!
Definitely, we will resist and ask to compensate moral damage + raise the procedure of checking Shop Apotheke - they have errors in account managing!
How do they manage debt? IT department should be fired...
I can imagine how many customers just paid twice in silence!
It is completely unbelievable... they just theft your money...

We will win anyway - we have proof from my bank.
Do your business clearly, do not try to deceive your customers. I hope it will cost money and reputation to your company.

Upd: the lawyer pushed us every week till he declined the request to the court at the end (we spent about 30 euros for mail communications - DHL said thanks ))). I've paid by PayPal, sent money again for the same account details - I don't care is that match "official company IBAN" or not because I must not know about it.
Lawyer claimed debt to Shufa.
Now we initiated the counterclaim. I hope Shop Apotheke will lose and will pay money.

Nobody can blame customers for free.
Don't be afraid and don't keep silence - fight for your rights. Inside such companies works simple people, which just don't care and don't think.

Don't support such companies with your money.

Placed an order thinking this was a trusted pharmacy, but the product quality was underwhelming and didn’t seem effective. It just didn’t feel right. I ended up finding a better alternative on arztschlaf.com, which shipped quickly and had a much better overall service.

Easy to buy, fast delivery and cheaper than physical pharmacy shop.

Absolute scammers. Had to complain several times my order arrived over 2 weeks late. They issued a refund, which I thought was reasonable given the situation, but a month later they send me threatening emails about interest and debt collection?! Now I have to pay even more money for poor customer support and an order that arrived weeks late?! Never. Again.

Absolutely unacceptable "specialty" shipping courier they use. No ring, no knock, three "attempted" deliveries later, the parcel is returned to sender. I have zero issue getting any other parcel delivered to my home.

Avoid if possible.

It’s known for its cleanliness and friendly staff… they put much effort in providing great service

Good selection of products. But since I moved away from my old adress they keep sending every prescription medication to the old adress even though I entered the new one when ordering. They really need to get their shit together - I think they have two different systems for their fulfillment, prescription based and non-prescription based and these systems do not sync. This already led to the situation that I had to fly abroad without medication because it was at the wrong adress and they do not take responsibility at all. Even better, they threaten to sue me because I could not pay the invoice in time since the parcel had to travel around the world for me after they messed up the delivery.
So pathetic. At least have a system in place to fix these mistakes, but their support team really could not do anything.

If stress decreases life expectancy, I am not sure if they extend my life enough with my medication for all the decreasing life expectancy they do with stressing me.

I was reluctant to buy from them since they had so many bad reviews, but I found some supplements that I needed much cheaper than in other place, so I gave it a try (I payed with PayPal just in case something went wrong). My order was processed the same day and to my surprise it arrived the next day! I was more than happy everything, so I'm glad I've bought from them in the end.
