Be careful of limited returns policy

I bought 2 periods pants and really did not like the quality or texture or sizing. (Both medium but different sizes). Unfortunately they come in opaque cardboard packaging, so to see what they are you have to open them, you are then not allowed to return for hygiene reasons. The customer service team are responsive but have to stick to their policy. As I am a first time customer I have been able to arrange a refund for one pair. With both pants being £20 each I definitely wouldn’t risk trying again. I also paid £4.50 to send them back, I then found out I wasn’t supposed to send them back, although they gave me the address to send them! I have found much better quality in M&S. I would suggest body form add a feminine hygiene sticker and a small window in the packaging to allow for customers to check texture. It wouldn’t help being able to gauge size though.

Great service and fast delivery but not a fan of the product itself, panties were very thick and unflattering.

Poor experience trying to return some items

Just to clarify our policy: we offer a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee, which allows customers to try one pair of period pants, and if they're not suitable they can claim and get their money back. Unopened items can also be returned and customers will be refunded. However, for hygiene reasons, opened items (other than the single trial pair) aren’t eligible for return.

The process in trying to get refunded…

The process in trying to get refunded for product or exchange is frustrating and I still have not received refund or exchange as I bought multiple of the item. I don't think I will be using bodyform again.

Period Pants

Took a week to arrive. Only opened 1 pair and tried to return unopened pack. Paid with PayPal but they wanted my bank details so unable to use their online form. Emails are answered but seem automated answers designed to frustrate purchasers.
Not happy, will not be reordering or recommending.
Email requesting feedback contained broken links so unable to leave one.

Bad design for period pants and bad…

Bad design for period pants and bad customer service
I actioned the money back guarantee (which bare in mind only covers 1 pair of pants, and I got 3) and they didn't refund me after saying they would, one team told me to email another team and then they told me to email that team again, I am being passed around, all the time not getting a refund
