Have had a very bad experience with them. Tried ordering a lot of stuffs from them and after a week they email that these items are not available and we have shipped the remaining items and the refund will be processed for the itmes which were not shipped. They don’t even call and ask the customer that does he want the remaining items or not. And then it has been almost 10 days since they have processed the refund and still I can’t see it in my statement. And whenever I call the customer care, they are not even cooperating. They say that the call is being recorded and you are threatening us to write bad reviews. I told them that whatever is the truth I am going to let others know about it.

After that when I receive the shipment, the packaging was damaged and since it was food stuff, it was all around the other packets in the same shipment. And then the same stuff was all around my carpet at home. Would never ever choose to order from this website. And I would never recommend anyone else to do so.

Even 1 star is bad. This is the worst e-commerce service i have ever seen and very rude customer care. I ordered ProtienX 3 pack and so far no response from them and they do not even publish the dates of shipment and delivery when you book any product. And you will be asked to go and check their terms and conditions of shipment.

Orders Consistently Cancelled

I have tried to order from this website twice now, and both times my order was cancelled. When I reached out to customer support, they were unable to tell me when the product would be back in stock

Be careful while ordering with these people. Although the website does mention free delivery without any specific weight limit, however on placing the order they ask for extra money for the delivery charges.
On placement of order, there was no status tracking even after 10 days of placing order and I had to vigorously follow-up with them. Considering the unacceptable delay and additional delivery charges, I had to cancel the order. Even for refund, they kept delaying for more than a week's time.
So be cautious while ordering anything with them.
P.S : The only fastest thing about the website is unfruitful replies to phone calls and emails from customer care.

I purchased hair henna, a ground up plant used for hair dye, which was advertised as being all natural powder with no chemicals. They called to say that the only one in the warehouse had expired, which implies that it had JUST expired. Turns out it expired in 2011 (7 years). The product I received was a paste (not a powder) containing titanium oxide, brown colour (??), preservative, ethyl acetate, phenol, dimethicone, and allantoin, and had a very strong smell of paint. It's just regular chemical hair dye at this point.

Customer service was very curt, arguing against all of these points, until finally just repeating that issues had to be addressed in 14 days (it took 21 days to receive the item).

Any of these issues alone should make you not want to deal with this company, and ultimately we are left with a box of garbage: a 7 years expired item that isn't even what I ordered.

Excellent selection. Decent prices for the products and shipping. Everything arrived quickly and happy overall. Thankyou!

The packaging is excellent. The bottles are carefully bubble wrapped, and all the merchandise inside are accounted for. Everything I ordered are new and fresh. Thank you Khanapakana. I will order again next time.

Excellent service. Really like shopping here, whenever something is not in stock they contact by email, phone and text to offer suggested substitutions or refund on out of stock. Orders ship out quickly and have arrived well packaged.

I am new to Indian products, just trying a few things out. I can give another review when I order more. There do seem to be alot of products that are very interesting I could wind up spending more than I want, but the prices aren't too bad, so we shall see.

If you've read some of the other reviews, yes they usually ship in about three days. It's fine with me, because I love this company, what they offer and the pricing.

Shopping for products was easy. They had everything I was looking for. Prices are decent. I wish shipping could have been quicker but the products were packed very, very well. The packing slip was checked so they took care to mark off each item that was packed. This was my first purchase and it won’t be my last! Happy customer!
