I was unfortunate enough to have to order from BE. Pimoroni sent a package which was 'lost' by Belgian customs. Nothing they could do about that... Nevertheless Pimoroni was kind enough to send a replacement. Their customer service was responsive, helpful, understanding and very friendly. Their products are great as well.

I almost never do reviews. But Pimoroni has been outstanding in helping diagnose a fault and arranging replacement of a board. A rarity with computer hardware, where most suppliers' position is nearly always "not my problem" or suspicion of user incompetence. Great company.

Though my order may have been small compared to many I very much appreciate how quickly it was delivered and the quality of the product itself. Will definitely be back for more and must recommend to everyone. Thank you Pimoroni :)

Product and delivery were fine but company subscribes your email to competition/review spam that you can't unsubscribe from.

My second order with Pimoroni.
There was an issue with an item showing as in stock and was actually out of stock. Hayley the support ninja quickly offered a higher priced item as a replacement at no extra cost. Excellent customer service and my thanks to Hayley for resolving so quickly. Items arrived the day after and couldn't be happier. A free Jumbo Pico received to boot. A very happy customer.

The stuff I ordered turned up within three days, it all worked first time and they even threw in a free gift of a pico jumbo. I shall use them again.

They offer some really great and unique products. A true specialist store.

Delivery is their achilles heel. They say next day delivery, but I find it takes at least 3 working days. The last time I ordered they made a mistake.

This is the third time I am buying from them. They are punctual and have a great support. I returned back two items due to my own issue (bought the wrong device) but the refund process carried out smoothly with a friendly and fast support.

Great selection and super fast delivery. The learn guides on the website are excellent and beginner friendly. Pimoroni's own-Pirate-brand libraries and examples for microcontrollers and sensors are exquisite - no heave ho, just plug and hack! There is also a ton of information on the Pimoroni forum for everything pirate related. Happy to exchange my doubloons for Pimoroni loot!

pimoroni sells great maker hardware, and has good customer service. I've been a customer of theirs for several years and consider the pimoroni line a premium line of microcontroller products!

I absolutely LOVE Pimoroni. So many cool products, all nicely engineered and really well-documented.
Always arrives on time, nicely packaged.
The code libraries and examples are almost plug 'n' play, making it a breeze to get projects off of the ground.
I've just made a small thermal camera using a Raspberry Pi Pico 2, a Pico Display Pack 2 and a MLX90640 breakout board, which only took a couple of days to get working thanks to the pimoroni-pico libraries.
I honestly can't praise Pimoroni enough.
We're really in the most fun era of electronics, which I can say as an EE of over 20 years!
