What a great company to deal with

What a great company to deal with. The products are excellent but what really counts is when there is a problem. I had a delivery that was lost by the carrier. It was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Thanks Rico

I like the company and the stuff

I like the company and the stuff. But orders are slow to be dispatched, and arrive accompanied by lots of junk I don't want: numerous stickers and a lanyard. All went straight into the bin. Does nobody care about the environment and waste?

Update: Whilst I didn't like the free stuff, I got a very thorough and understandable response from Pimoroni. As such, I've adjusted the star rating of this review to reflect my overall opinion of the company and how likely I am to keep supporting them. (High and extremely. Thank you Pimoroni team.)

Always a good experience!

The Adafruit 1.14inch 240x135 TFT Display is one of my favourites. It is tiny, easy to use and packs a punch with an SD card reader on the back. Pimoroni is the best supplier of these little gems in the UK. With next day delivery (order before 2pm) and some fun stickers, it’s always a good experience with these guys.

Works a charm

Im in Denmar, meaning the the EU. I've shopped there multiple times. They sort out import taxes, som I don't have to, they deliver speedily and exactly what I've ordeeres.

Product never arrived, no refund

Ordered 8bitdo keyboard and the item never arrived. Contacted company numerous times asking for product or refund and heard nothing. Lost £90.. avoid

Hi there, you ordered an 8BitDo keyboard on May 27th from our store and we shipped it the next day via tracked Royal Mail.

Looking at the tracking details I can see the parcel is still in transit which is strange because that shipping service is generally next day within the UK.

I also noticed that the tracking page suggests that you requested a redelivery attempt? Did they attempt to deliver and it wasn't possible for some reason?

Either way I'm happy to look into this for you further (I've already asked our support team to try to find any ticket you've raised with us)!

Fast response customer services

My shipping address on my package has been damaged and it has been returned to Pimoroni. Pimoroni fixed the issue and send out the package immediately after they got it back. I must say that they provide a fast and wonderful after sales customer service.

I have ordered many bits and bobs from…

I have ordered many bits and bobs from Pimoroni over the years. The website if great, its informative and well laid out. Never had an issue. I use Apple Pay and they have a deep integration which shows progress in real time. normally very quick 24/48hrs. Finally, they are reasonable in price as well.
