My shipping address on my package has been damaged and it has been returned to Pimoroni. Pimoroni fixed the issue and send out the package immediately after they got it back. I must say that they provide a fast and wonderful after sales customer service.

I have ordered many bits and bobs from Pimoroni over the years. The website if great, its informative and well laid out. Never had an issue. I use Apple Pay and they have a deep integration which shows progress in real time. normally very quick 24/48hrs. Finally, they are reasonable in price as well.

Have been ordering raspberry PI related supplies for a number of years, great business and stock, online shop has always been great.

The only site I could find with next day delivery on a Saturday for the Raspberry Pi components I needed. Price was very reasonable, shipping was very cheap, items were dispatched quickly and ordered arrived on time without issue. Would definitely use again!

I have had a board from Pimoroni fail after 20 months and their warranty is 24 months. After a couple of emails between Hayley the support ninja and myself a replacement is on the way. Excellent service as ever

For so many reasons this is a wonderful company. Ordered in the morning and collected in the afternoon. Staff are really good eggs.

pre-ordered end of March. They said, we will send at end of April. Indeed they shipped as they promised , it arrived well packed and it is working like a charm - all good. I can only recommend. Happy to do business again.

Ordered 3 days ago, Site had a sale on so ended up chucking a couple bits on there, Pimoroni took 20% VAT off as I live in Guernsey, and sent within 24 hours using 2-day tracked.

Goods arrived in good condition, all in all a great experience!

Great shop and resource for an old fool like me who has been getting into messing around with electronics. Massive amount of products and lots of information, guides and downloads to help me overcome the atrophying inside my bonce. Fast delivery and good boxes too. I appreciate a good sturdy box.

These guys are ace! Their range of Maker stuff it amazing, they've ALWAYS got either the exact thing I need or an inspiratroin for somthing that will do my job. They deliver fast and their service guys are really helpful. I had a -rare - faulty unit a little while ago... I got the replacement sent out before my return arrived, and it was actually an upgraded component too. Can't recommend them highly enough!

The first screen was damaged in shipping and it was replaced when I reached out. If they have something I need for a project they are my first choice

Easy and fast to buy and deliver internationally. I wish there were more bundle options, for example a hat for a raspberry pi can also include the raspberry pi board.

Technically I bought this from the Pi Hut, the square Pimoroni screen (second one) but the small booster header was missing a pin. Pi Hut told Pimoroni who posted me a replacement with zero hassle.

The screen is amazing, I have them set up to display Sonos album art, really lovely bit of kit and amazing service from Pi Hut and Pimoroni.

Good checkout experience. However, I ordered on a Thursday, picked the Royal Mail next day delivery, and the parcel was shipped on the next Tuesday.
