Helped me sleep in the heatwave, though I used it under my back rather than head. It does get warm after a while, so I used bought a second one and swapped out when needed.

Comfortable medium soft mattress
I ordered a replacement mattress delivery took 2 weeks to arrive.
The mattress came with a dirty mark on it although it had been packaged well .
There were lots of loose threads which hadn't been trimmed.
The mattress wasn't cheap by any standards but is comfortable.
I placed a report about the dirty mark and awaiting silent nights response

Mattress not delivered and when I contacted to check when it would be delivered I was then advised they couldn’t/wouldn’t ship to me in Northern Ireland. Which is still part of the UK……. No solution offered apart from refund

Superb Service
The website is very informative and clear. I had a silentnight diamond natural 1400 pocket mattress from 2015 which has been very good so I bought the current equivalent. This is a great mattress with top grade ingredients. The delivery was excellent, I was well informed and it was completed exactly as ordered, with delivery to room of my choice and removal of old mattress.
