Bought a Thrustmaster TS-XW Servo Base. All functions OK. The problem is that Thrustmaster state that the holes in the base for fixing to a racing seat are M6 when they are clearly not. Some internet searching revealed they are SAE#12-24 and imperial size. Customer Service refuse to admit they are wrong despite many people online confirming this. It's quite simple, they fitted imperial thread inserts, they got it wrong. Just own up and admit you're wrong!
Thrustmasters response to this review is nonsense. I am a fully qualified mechanical engineer and do n ot require someone to inspect a threaded insert to determine what is wrong with it. They are not 6mm, they are imperial threads! Again, I repeat, admit you are wrong and own it. Stop making nonsensical comments about sending the unit back for repair. Who wants to part with their equipment for three weeks for someone to look at a couple of threaded inserts?

T-lcm pedals won't calibrate nor will they reset when pressing the reset button, asked for help, was told I'd be sent a new rj45 wire, 5 days later I'm still without a wire and have stopped responding to my emails, seems its the only company I know of that thinks DIY repairs are the only way to fix things, had a similar problem with the t3pa pedals, again was told to fix at home, you don't buy something just to be told to fix it for yourself and when you can't, we will out right ignore you.
Awful customer service team, awful company, just save yourself time, hassle and annoyance by saving a couple £100 more and buy fanatec.

On the 24th January 2026 I purchased the T.FLIGHT HOTAS ONE. While the item has not yet arrived I am pleased to say that UPS has my order and will be delivering the item tomorrow. This is great service and fast dispatch, so I would recommend Thrustmaste. I will write another review on the HOTAS during the week to let you guys know what it's like to use.

I am a 76 years old who is new to flight simulators. Bought a Thrustmaster T.16000M. FCS secondhand. It needed some work on it as the foot pedals did not work. Thrustmaster support were very helpful, and quickly sent sent me a replacement part.
I use the Flightgear sim and as a right handed person I have found it best to fly left handed with the joystick so as to be able to use the mouse easily.
I think the only criticism I have of the product is that the foot pedals. They need to be further apart to make it easier to control the rudder/nose wheel.
Lots of control options with the product, but at this time I am keeping to the simple stuff.
I can completely recommend the Thrustmaster product.

I email stating the raceline pedals I purchased for a Christmas present,were faulty and do not work at all, at first they emailed back asking for more details,
It has now been over 2 week and I have emailed them several times and nothing, no reply or anything,
I would avoid buying anything from this company as the customer service is rubbish

i bought this joystick for star citizen.
Thrustmaster has a default mapping on their homepage and it is not working at all. I wanted a joystick for smooth flight but they mapped the buttons A and D on a joystick and now its the same as using my keyboard. The whole Binding does not work at all! everything has to be done manually.

Avoid poor quality products and customer service. They even make you pay for the return of faulty equipment. You'd be better off investing your time and money in other brands with better quality and service. Consider this a warning – you'll regret it otherwise.

Outstanding from start to finish!
Telephoned to report a problem, they sent me some details so I could send photos receipt of purchase etc! Problem couldn’t be resolved so sent me prepaid details to return product to France, arrived the next day, product returned from France all within 10 days. Problem resolved. Item was a T598 wheel that kept disconnecting. Can’t fault them at all.

I bought two items instead of one and I got in contact with customer service through email. They got back to be right away and were really easy to deal with. They gave me a full refund and I was able to purchase the item. The person who I dealt with was Jean-Rémy and they were absolutely brilliant. Great customer service.

Thrustmaster gave me excellent support on my SOL R Flightstick malfunctioning. As it was still under warranty coverage, they repaired it free of charge. The whole process was quick and flawless.

I didnt recommend THRUSTMASTER at all… It makes you think they don't care about , that they're making you buy stuff. But they dont care about ,exept your money….no support and warranty .I bougth t300RS and TGTII , ferrari steering addon and TLcm too. At the start my add on and my wheel keeps disconect when i was playing and after all My TGTII base wheel sudently stopped to work at all ; no ligths , no response to bootloader method , no noise , no start ,DEAD …. and i decide to contact thrustmaster . But as well ; puzzle . and well done .I have no more wheel for playing my favourites games ….I HATE THRUSTMASTER .

After using G27 wheel, I switch to T300 RS GT whith T-3PA, later I bought T-LCM and now I'm quite happy with T818, SF1000, 488 GT3 and 599xxx evo wheels.
And forgot to say ,for space and flight sims, I use T16000M and FCS HOTAS for years.
The support is fine. Not always fast, but efficient.
Online shopping is OK

I've had my gear for about 6 years. A-10-II-C combo. Joy has been great. Throttle Quadrant has broken twice. Bad landing gear switch which I could repair myself. Dead CCB. I notified TM in thje UK. There was some issues regarding a "receipt," as this was birthday gift with no receipt.
Giuven there were three countries (UK, FR, USA) involved in getting me a replacement part, I was satsfied with the effort.
Replacing the HOTAS would have cost me $350USD. Replacing the CB was about $100, total.
