You can't get in touch with anyone!!! No chats no nothing, what a Rip off!!! My package was delayed no explanation and no money back!!! Scam!! I'm so disappointed and disgusted!!!!!!!

Order some bits of tt shop delivery driver dumped them on my door step in fall view didn’t even try to hide them in the photo and they have been nicked got on to tt shop and they didn’t approve it so now I’m the one out of pocket so so wrong should refund me and get on to there delivery driver about it SO EVERYONE GO GET THE SAME STUFF OF TEMU AT LEAST IT ARRIVES AND ITS THE SAME STUFF👍🏻👍🏻😂😂😂😂

I have been trying to register my UK company (FZ GLOBAL VENTURES LTD) on TikTok Shop for a long time. Despite providing a clear Passport and official Business License, their automated system keeps claiming a 'name mismatch' between the documents. The name is exactly the same on ALL documents. There is zero difference.

Their support is purely robotic, sending the same templates over and over again without actually looking at the documents. They are causing me financial loss and wasting my time. If you are a serious business owner, stay away from TikTok Shop’s incompetent verification process. I demand a HUMAN review immediately!

Wasted my money on 3 tier tomato grower, so badly made that it was impossible to assemble. ( The holes are too small for the rods) The hassle of trying to communicate with any elusive customer services to return it as being worthless looks like a scam tactic designed to just rip us off.

Had parcel that was delivered to me from TikTok shop which I didn’t order it had some else’s name on it raise this issue with TikTok customer support they told me to hold on to the parcel until they done there investigation and do not give it to the owner if they come so I replied ok with in ten minutes the owner of the parcel to collect it told them couldn’t have it because TikTok shop customer support had told me to keep hold of it until they done there investigation if she contacted them to say it’s her parcel they should let give to the right full owner the owner says that the TikTok seller has but the wrong door number on the delivery label instead of her door she told me the belong to her daughter it was off her account. Just now 21:50pm TikTok shop customer support have decided to closed the issue without resolution of the issue so I decided to give the parcel ti the rightful owner in the morning.TikTok shop are joke they like taking ur money but when you want raise an issue or make a complaint they just treat customers like trash they don’t even

I ordered two cases of 2025 football cards from the TikTok shop. Ended up receiving a pack with 3 cards in it. When I tried to do a return I discovered my account was blocked and deactivated so I cannot access my order. I tried doing a refund through PayPal but it says I must contact the seller and the TikTok shop contact PayPal provides says it is invalid.

Its the first time when making orders and I can say is good service, I am happy.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a winter coat and it has disappeared into the evri hole. Tik tok customer service awful, seller useless. Have asked for a refund but I know they have no intentions of giving me a refund they are making every excuse in the book. First and last time using tik tok shop.

They banned my store (Daisy Luxe) for no reason and are currently withholding my business funds. No support, no transparency, just frozen capital. If you are a serious seller, stick to Shopify. TikTok is not ready for professional commerce.

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star but had to. Ordered something a few days ago, it states it been delivered but it hasn’t. Shows a photo but the photo doesn’t show proof it been delivered. Evri saying it out of there hands and TikTok shop refuses to give me a refund. 1000% avoid if you can.

Disgusting service by trader, courier and tik tok customer service. Trader does not respond, Munnie. Courier claims its in transit with zero updates, Evri. And tik tok shop tells you one day you can a refund if doesnt arrive by tomorrow then moves the date further backthe next day. The whole system is a disgrace.

Very disappointed ordered from Tiktok Shop & if I had know the delivery was with Evri, would never have purchased. Didn't realise until after I had placed the order. Although they said delivered through letter box, nothing was delivered and with what I had ordered, impossible to get through a letter box anyway. Eventually did get a refund, but Tiktok make it so difficult to get hold of anyone. Can't chat to a person, always a robot. All the time they continue using Evri, will not place another order. Although I was disappointed as I really wanted the bits I ordered.

They will go out of their way NOT to provide you with a refund requesting multiple times for the same information, and still won’t refund, absolutely disgusting. Thankfully my card provider refunded me. ABSOLUTELY WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, I WILL STICK TO AMAZON AS THEY DO RESOLVE ISSUES EFFECTIVELY

Many people do strange or risky things for likes. Negative comments or trolling are common.

I thought it cant get worse than Amazon for sellers, but TikTok shop broke all expectations! Everything has been painful, from setup of account to adding products, to fulfilling orders a d getting fund released. Not to mention the system errors that pop up from time to time, the rigid platform, and the pain in trying to speak to someone from support team.

Would give zero their is no protection on anything that you buy this is a platform for scammers and thieves when looking for a refund after being scammed out of £36 i kept getting told ticket being made no refund this is what I got 21:28 4 .

Just looked up trustpilot and this seems to be the pattern on refunds and people never receive them will send mv correspondence to mv bank as well thev can put it through as fraud

Zero stars. Absolute garbage. Ordered from 2 vendors nothing was delivered. No refund, no communication. Details were removed from account. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ON TIK TOK

Holy scam tbh. Like the pictures of what I get are amazing but I only get 25% of what I was supposed to get. Also horrible service just go in real shops instead or buy stuff off of eBay or Amazon. Half of the TikTok ppl are scammers

Purchased a wig for a client and when I received it the raggedy looking chewed off unit was absolutely nothing like the one in the photo. I contacted them was given a return label to take to UPS. I took it there before the 30 day limit and received a receipt from UPS. This was late January and I’ve heard nothing at all from them after almost a month. They are refusing to contact me and I still don’t have my $49 that I paid for the unit. I had to refund my clients money to keep her from submitting bad feedback for me. Tik Tok is the worst place to order hair or anything else from. The blind seller pretends not to know the difference between a 18 inch and an 8 inch as I was sent a thing raggedy unit from a raggedy seller. One side was 8 inches long the other side 6 inches and a thin 10 inch in the back! So they have my money and the raggedy chewed off smelly wig!! Just an awful company with the worst sellers in the world. I will tell all my customers, colleagues and family of this scammer, money thieving company!!! Not one response was rendered to me by so-called customer service. Wish I couldgive this loser company and the loser seller a -1 star or a 0!!!
