Receiving only 1 item out of 4 after ten days and then getting a POLO polo with visible sewing defects (especially at the collar) is absolutely not the level of quality or service we want to offer.

- A photo of the collar/sewing defect on the POLO polo

That will allow us to open/continue your file, correct the situation, and prevent this from happening again.

Great to read that you’re back ordering at Veepee after a while.

I understand it’s not ideal if you weren’t aware of the changes in our shipping prices.

Indeed, we split the shipping costs per order/sale that you pay within the same shopping cart.
All costs are calculated automatically depending on the height, weight and/or number of parcels eventually needed for each item.
For example: if you order from 2 different sales, 2 parcels will be shipped and therefore the shipping cost can or will be automatically a bit higher.

As a guideline, the average delivery cost is € 4,99 for home delivery and € 3,99 for a pick‑up point.
For every extra item, the costs are split and divided as explained above.

I fully understand that you are getting confused by the payment and the number of packages, especially when one order is subsequently split into 3 separate packages, and you feel like you are paying extra shipping costs as a result.

As a result, one order can arrive in multiple packages.

I am sorry to read that you are not entirely satisfied with your delivery from Veepee.

I fully understand your frustration when you don't receive a prior email, notification, or text message, and the delivery person suddenly shows up at your door.
That makes planning your day very inconvenient.

With many of our carriers, an email with a tracking link is normally sent as soon as your package has been shipped. Depending on the carrier, an additional email or text message sometimes follows on the day of delivery.
However, this can vary by carrier, and unfortunately, it can also happen that an email ends up in the spam folder or does not arrive properly at all.

Your feedback is very valuable: I will pass this on internally, because we want to make communication regarding deliveries as clear and predictable as possible.

If you would like, I would be happy to check for you how things went with your last order and which notifications were sent. That way, you will also have some more clarity immediately.

I am sorry that you did not receive a clear prior warning about the delivery, and for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this situation must have been, especially when you were looking forward to receiving your bed sheet sets and were expecting delivery by the end of May.

I also understand your frustration about discovering that the parcel had been returned to the sender without having received the updates you expected. In a situation like this, it is completely understandable that you would have questions and feel let down.

Regarding the return of the parcel, I would like to clarify that unfortunately it is not possible for us to resend a returned package. Once an order has been sent back to the sender, our system does not offer the option to ship that same order again. This is not a decision made on a case-by-case basis, but a limitation of our order processing system.

We also suggested updating your email address because, based on our experience, communications sent to Apple ID relay email addresses can sometimes fail to arrive or end up in spam folders. This recommendation was not intended to place the blame on you, but simply to help prevent similar communication issues in the future.

I understand that this explanation does not change the disappointment you experienced, and I am sorry that this order did not go as expected. Thank you for sharing your feedback, as it helps us better understand how situations like this are experienced by our members.
